I love this studio. I'm new to yoga and was hooked after my first visit. The instructors are excellent; each works with you at your own pace. The owner, Kim, welcomes you each time you arrive, as well as other staff members. You feel so welcome each time you come. Physically I feel great and I always feel mentally and emotionally better when I leave. The studio is set up with all the necessary equipment you need. The minute you walk in, there is a calming feeling with the smell of scented oils, and yoga rooms are soothing with soft music playing. I am grateful I found this studio. Thank you! Linda

The class was so much fun. The decorations were great and the music was perfect. Kim is a marvelous teacher. She had us up and dancing with our glow bracelets and rings lighting the way. The evening ended with a relaxing Yoga nidra practice. Thank you for such a wonderful evening. Namaste

Found this place several months ago. I've tried all the other yoga options in this area (YogaWorks, LA fitness, one in a docs office, and another studio that closed) and this is by far the best. The instruction is professional, it's not just another type of workout- it incorporates the breath work and mindfulness, unlike other places. Love the variety of classes and that the class schedule fits my schedule.

It's easy to drop in and move at your own pace. I came in with muscular injuries and have had great support from all of the instructors so that I can work within my limits while gently strengthening and healing (Kim in particular). The place and the people are welcoming and supportive!

Crofton Yoga is awesome! I just returned from a 2-week retreat in Egypt. Upon leaving for Egypt, I was in need of a lightweight yoga mat for travelling abroad -- and I needed it pretty fast. Yes, Amazon could've came through, but Crofton Yoga met the need just as well -- and fast! So while in Egypt, our group did Sunrise yoga at 6:30am on a rooftop overlooking the majestic Nile River with sunrays ushering in the morning. And I have Crofton Yoga to thank for coming through!! Crofton Yoga gives professional, friendly service -- they are great!

I cannot say enough about how awesome the staff at Crofton Yoga is- especially Kim, the owner. I've rented space from Kim to teach a safety class over the last two years. Connecting with Kim was one of the best things that happened for me professionally! The space is always clean and prepared for use. Her communication is TOP NOTCH, and I literally do not have a single complain about working with her. I wish every business relationship was this easy! Kim is incredibly professional and consistent, and I have nothing but positive things to share about her and the facility.

I've been meaning to post this review for quite some time but today I remembered! I had an incredible experience at Crofton Yoga. I had a personal session with Stacee. Stacee is so vibrant and knowledgeable. She helped guide me through the session so I could learn and gain the most benefits. I left my yoga session feeling calm, renewed and refreshed! I'll definitely be back!

Crofton yoga does not disappoint! I attended their Self Care Saturday workshop that included reflexology, sound therapy and acupuncture. All of these self-care practices were new to me and it was by far one of the BEST workshops I'd ever been to. Kim, Kathleen and Steve were awesome! I just felt so relaxed and at peace after a 30-minute session with each of them. I highly recommend Crofton Yoga to anyone looking to decompress, relieve stress and feel like a better version of yourself.
