My husband and I have been customers at this Cricket location for almost 3 years now, and the customer service has been phenomenal especially with sales representative "Hugh" on board. He has gone above and beyond our experience by helping us to purchase a much needed product we couldn't afford at the time out of an act of kindness from his own wallet! Well, because we came into the store a week earlier and bought a new cell phone which was stolen before we even had the chance to use it! My husband is 82 years old and hates flip phones! We upgraded and bought him one he could be proud of and can enjoy thanks to these caring people working with us! We're customers for life...thanks to your awesome employees Cricket!

Such a great experience here and very fast service! Mr Hugh Ross, the manager, was very knowledgeable and helped us with everything , set up the phones really fast! We got a great deal and even a free bluetooth speaker! Thank you so much Mr Ross! I definitely recommend going here if you need a new phone with a very good price!

Went in today to get my mom a new phone the service was amazing he got us in and out as fast he could while helping another customer!

You can't just sign people up for insurance plans without permission, especially if the plan is through asurion the deposit to fix an icon phone through them is more then the phone is worth and they send broken refurbished phones .

I wouldn’t say cricket is the best phone service but the manager at this cricket store is a straight up good guy!! His employee made a mistake by not letting us know about some plan issues we ended up having but he was willing to pay for our phones to be turned on because of this mistake his employee made. That is good business right there! We were blessed and one of his customers offered to pay the amount we needed to have our phone turned back on so he didn’t have to pay but him offering shows how great he is. We just started a business and had a baby so funds are super tight thank god for these people!

I always use this cricket location due to their staff some of them are amazing i went back in to get a quote for a new phone and see wgat phone i likef better came back in that friday like i promised the sales person i spoke to as i went in i noticed that person wasnt there until 3 i was met with the manager ross and he was rude unprofessional and not a good person to have a conversation with about the phones. He sat there and told me he should fire the sales person i spoke to that tuesday and i wss like well since me and several other came in to speak to him about upgrading i think yall will lose business since he has drawn so many customers to that place

This is the most HORRIBLE STORE IN EXISTENCE!!! The Manager Ross is incapable of performing his duties as such that. He messed up 2 phones when only 1 needed to be activated and shut 1 off and switched the numbers Laughing and saying I hope I activated the right one ,well now 1 phone works and 1 doesn’t?? With NO HELP from him, his employee Skyler was such a great help he did all he could to try and fix the situation…. Come on Cricket DO BETTER

The place was clean and a great location to visit, especially if you in kinda in a hurry, Depending on the Time this location is not too busy and the staff is great and knowledgeable of all the phone and planes available for any budget… They will make sure you leave with exactly what you want and with a smile on your face.. Great place to visit and get all your cell phone needs met..
