Rented from June 2021 - May 2023. Natalie is a great landlord. Very responsive to problems I had. Received deposit back in a timely manner. Area is very well maintained. Will definitely rent from again if I have to go back to Great Falls.

The apartment complexes are quiet and furnished. The furniture is old and not for someone looking for a modern design. The grounds are kept nice and clean. The area is safe but the front door is unlocked 24/7 which is concerning to me. I had an okay experience until I moved out, the landlord (Natalie) didn’t say anything for two weeks and then checked me out 1 day before the end of the month, and accused me of leaving the property “unbelievably” dirty. She gave me 1 days notice to come to look at it for myself before she took my deposit. I work nights and she would leave me illiterate and poorly written texts and then block me, and not return my calls so I could settle it without loosing my money. I called and texted her multiple times so I could come clean it and talk to her professionally, but she blocked me and took my entire deposit. I would not recommend this place for anyone looking for a professional and competent landlord.

I lived at the property from May ‘17 until I was evicted on Christmas Day of ‘17. The experience I had was almost identical to Teresa’s. Almost identical. I wish I could say she is embellishing but she is not. I can also tell that she lived in the same unit I lived in. The reason I took so long to write this review is because it is a memory I don’t like revisiting. I know for a fact landlord/owner came into my apartment 3 times without my permission. She intimidated and bullied me with threats about kicking me out citing her family connections with lawyers and law enforcement because of her family name and her ex husband being a judge. She also completely ruined a relationship I was in by lying to me by saying my girlfriend was doing drugs and having people over while I was at work. She said she had recordings of this happening but could not produce them. The place was extremely nice and, being furnished, it completely fit my needs. Everything started out great but steadily deteriorated. I had hoped my case was an isolated incident, but after reading these reviews I can tell my experience was not exclusive to me. It’s sad that Natalie (the owner) acts the way she does because the property is so nice and quiet. All the details people mention about the notes, parking, bullying, intimidation, taking deposits, and just plain acting maniacal were completely true during my stay there. I feel sorry for people that don’t see these reviews and have the misfortune of becoming lessees. Things can get really gnarly really quickly at this place. BE YE WARNED! I 1000% do not recommend.

Update: the manager returned approximately $400 of the deposit. She was not tesponsive and claimed items were missing. Not recommended!! NATALIE, the land lord, is a horrible manager. She STOLE ALL of my daughter's deposit AND SHE WILL DO THE SAME TO YOU. We left the place spotless and she still took every cent of the deposit.She did not return ANY calls. A real slime ball. Wish I could meet her some day😊😁😁😁

If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. This lady is a narcissistic, threatening, hypocritical, harassing, stalking, and immature owner. From before the day we moved into the apartment, she would find us on Facebook and begin harassing us. She then, would write harassing, threatening, inappropriate, and demeaning notes and then tape them on our door. She did this about every other day. She accused us of things that were impossible, such as having loud parties (we worked over night almost every night of the week), stealing, selling drugs (because we had our friends hang out with us a lot). She threatened to kick us out of the apartment without an actual reason. She will threaten to call the cops on you if you bring over guests for dinner or guests to stay the night. There were times we were even suspicious of her breaking and entering into our apartment while we were gone. She will lie and make up wild and exaggerated stories to make you feel threatened. She is absolutely psychotic. Please, please, PLEASE do not rent from these apartments! I wish we had did our research on this lady and property before we rented from here.

Maybe eventually she'll change, be cautious renting from Natalie the landlord. She may try to lie to keep your full security deposit when you move out even if the apartment is as it should be. There are maturity problems, she can be a hypocrite, and she may accuse you of things she does herself. She is irresponsible and unaccountable with her immature behavior. Natalie shows a double standard, she can be immature, but if you address this, she can't take it and gets upset easily.

Before moving into this complex I read the reviews, all of them. I didn't believe all of them them. I figured they were written by probably young people that probably did break the rules. Not so! The nice things are true as well as ALL of the not so good things said. The good: The grounds are kept nice in the summertime. The places do appear clean. The landlord seems nice...In the beginning. THE NOT SO NICE: Notes on the hallway door every other day, if not Every day. I dreaded walking down the hall to see another note. The notes were poorly written, very demeaning, accusing, intimidating, controlling, even threatening and EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. I do believe there were entrances to my premises without (Any) professional notification of entrance. notes were left inside my apartment until I called landlord on entering without notification then they were taped on my door and my car. Yet the list of repairs to be done were not EVER repaired. For the broken lock a pipe was left in the patio track. A wooden dowel was in the bedroom window. The ceiling fan only worked if you spun it to get it going. The jacuzzi tub did not work. This was NOT mentioned during the viewing of the apt. The Kitchen sink sprayer did not work. The internet was undependable. There were parking problems. I found a cockroach in the bathroom. I fell through the rotten patio which was ground level but could not enter or exit out of beings the lock was broke. The list goes on. I had began to feel trapped and was feeling physically sick and mentally depressed under the physical and psychological conditions and atmosphere of living there. I reached out to a previous tenant. One of the ones that I in the beginning did not believe, that could happen to me.we compared experiences there.Even though there was a big age difference, a lot of the very same incidences were happening to me.To sum it up, I too left without my deposit. It was well worth getting out of that four month long Horrible situation !!!! I have kept a file with all the notes written and will keep them to remind me of this entire episode.I also seeked legal services and chose not to pursue the given situation due to reasons of having had enough of the psychological distress of having to live this nightmare of choosing to live there in the first place.I cannot describe this landlord without using labels or names as did previous tenants but I can say, "It was a Terrible Horrific Experience!!!" I can now at least leave this review along with the others! I would not recommend this rental property to any human being. READ ALL of the REVIEWS and BELIEVE THEM!!!!!!

What a clean and beautiful place. The landscaping is Very well kept! The furnished apartment was clean, well stocked, and furniture was up to date. Will stay again if I make it back to Great Falls.
