Crestview Inn - Motel in Crestview - 564 W James Lee Blvd, USA

I only stayed there one night, but it was accommodating comfortable room very clean inside and out had no issues whatsoever slept really well. Came in to check out notice the lobby was very organized and clean smell amazing lots of cameras so I feel safe. I stay at a lot of hotels each year and although this is just a basic hotel is accommodating in every way, I would recommend it to anyone just staying a night or two.

Was absolutely terrible, there was a dead bed bug under the covers when we lifted them up and when we talked to the owner he was denying the bed bugs saying we don’t have any and he wouldn’t give us a refund. He acting like this wasn’t his first rodeo with people complaining about the bed bugs and him not accepting it. I WOULD NOT STAY HERE, NOT WORTH RISK.

This place is awful. The $50 room rate seems great, but they charge a $25 almost impossible to be refunded cash deposit, making it the same price as way better options. Don’t stay here. Proprietors are super rude and very aware they are scamming people. Honestly avoid at all costs. I left to say at the Super 8.

The nicest lady at Said she was gonna charge my credit card $78 I asked her if that was tax and everything she said yes nd then I look at my account and she charged it for 90. I sat on the bed and it went to the floor then I looked out the window and the duct tape blind fell down.

Rude owners, roaches, electrical hazards all over the room, they turn off ac during the day while you are out!!! Drug dealers using the parking lot nightly!!! If you need to use microwave, you have to unplug the refrigerator or it will short out the whole damn room

Proprietor was aggressive and made me feel uncomfortable, parking lot poorly lit and stepped on roaches outside before even going in a room. Then proprietor was aggressive about a cash deposit he would not guarantee to give back until his wife inspected the room at a time of her choosing. Definitely made me uncomfortable and we ended up leaving without staying.

The owners are horrible the rooms need updated. Never in my life have I been charged her guests. Meaning if I have a visitor for an hour I have to pay for them to stay in the hotel. Absolutely ridiculous

The ACs are tiny, set inside much larger grates, presumably from larger units that would actually cool the rooms in 100° weather, that are duct-taped into the space Our room, which the man running the motel stated was the "best AC unit" on the premises, the temperature increased. No fan in the bathroom. The room was tiny, even for the price, and so a refund was issued without any other options offered. He was clearly fed up with my complaint about the room. As we were leaving, he entered our room with a plank of wood and more duct tape to seal off the opened space for the small AC unit to cool the room. This "repair" might have done the trick and kept the room at an acceptable degree, but instead he sent us back out into the insufferable heat to find another room. Bear in mind, the refund would take 2-3 business days to be credited to my account. I would pay heed to the low rating of this lodging venue. I was not allowed to enter the office space where he enjoyed the AC, having to check-in & out through a tiny window right next to the hot air blower of the office's window unit. Excess heat can cause irritability, and I am not immune to that. This situation could have easily been handled much better by management. The dilapidated structure on the property is a good example of this establishment that somehow remains in operation.
