Crest Motel - Motel in Old Orchard Beach - 35 E Grand Ave, USA

We stayed four (4) nights @ Crest Motel in July 2023 and it was just perfect. The Motel is located a few feet away from the beautiful beach of Old Orchard, just few minutes walk from the pier and the amusement park, yet we felt like in a very quiet area of the beach. We were in vacation with 7 kids, 3 families, and we surely will consider coming back. The popcorn for the kids and the coffee available all day long is surely something that was much appreciated ! BBQ's and safe playing area for the kids. Rooms are clean with hard flooring. Thank you for the wonderful time we had and the friendliness of the hosts.

The Crest is steps from a nice sandy beach. The friendly staff are helpful and family friendly. You can find popcorn in the office and are a block from downtown. The pool and hot tub are an attraction for kids when they've been in the sun for too long. A fun place to visit.

This is our favorite beach getaway; we have been coming here for years. For a great price you get to stay right on the beach, have access to a pool and hot tub, and are within walking distance of the pier, which is hopping during the season. The owners and staff are incredibly nice and helpful. I have read the reviews criticizing OOB for being run down…yeah, it’s a kitschy beach town geared towards family fun. If you want luxury go elsewhere and pay triple the price.

Best place in OOB. We have stayed here for 15 plus years. And we still love it. Comfy and spacious rooms. Wonderfull staff. Playground for kids. Fun pool and hot tub. Just a fun place! Close to the beach and the pier are a plus.

We really enjoyed ourselves here! The room is a good size and we stayed for two nights. The room was clean, and my boys liked the free popcorn, playground, and pool. This place is only a few blocks away from palace playground, the arcade, shops, and steps away from the beach. Staff are friendly and when we needed extra towels and trash bags for the second day they immediately responded w/some. The conversation from the owners was very welcoming. The other families staying here were grilling outside, and everyone was very friendly. My kids made friends here. We will be back again soon.

We love this place and have been coming here for years!!!. It is a short walk to the beach. The pool is a gem and nice retreat from the midday sun. The location is close to the center of town and Play land. Popcorn and treats available in the office for the kids is nice. We love the grills and playground for family lobster/steak dinners. The owner and staff bends over backwards to accommodate you. You can rent beach chairs for $3/day. We can't wait to come back as we look so forward to it every year!!!

The crest is a great place to stay! The owner and his family are very friendly and accommodating to all of our needs. The indoor swimming pool and hot tub is wonderful if you have children as they can still get their energy out if you have a rainy day. They have a wonderful playground for the kids and BBQ grills outside if you want to make your own meals. The rooms are very clean and the motel is right on the beach. We usually stay a couple of times a year and this is my go to place as it always feels like a home away from home.

We stayed in the crest cottage! It has 2 rooms with full size beds and dressers each room has an ac but the best way to cool the place down was open the front door and the back door in the kitchen and let the breeze do the job! The kitchen/dining/bedroom was a little unusual bc it had a twin size trundle bed but no couch! That really didn't affect us as we mainly were out and about!!!||||We visited with my sisters family of 5 who rented a suite and my parents who rented a single room for the week! We have 3 kids 4,2 and 1 so the cottage worked out great! Definitely would visit again the staff was all very friendly and attentive! Thanks for a great visit!!!
