Crescent Towers I - Lodging in North Myrtle Beach - 2609 S Ocean Blvd, USA

Rented through Condo World unit 602 and stayed June 15 through 22.|When arrived we found water in the floor near the hallway bathroom and black mold growing on the ceiling in the bathroom. Water dripping from the door way that we had to catch in the trash can. Bathroom door was swollen and would not close. Black mold was growing all in the Ac return closet spreading mold everywhere. There was mold on some walls and the lamp shades. The unit smelled like mold.|We notified Condo World but nothing was done. It will make you sick!

Our condo was beautiful! We had a spot on the 9th floor. Half of the building has windows to showcase the beautiful ocean view. The kitchen was big and the living room and dining room all flowed together for good entertaining space. We had lots of fun. The balcony was big as well. The place was clean and well managed. Everything was in good working condition. The beach access was nice. I do wish the pool was a little bigger, but what they did have was still clean and kept well.

Service N/A. We rented same condo here year after year. We loved it so much we bought a home in SC. First floor, Ocean view , very peaceful, perfect location. I recommend staying here if you have the chance.

We have stayed here twice in 901 and friends stayed in 601. Both were beautiful and clean. They are managed by North Shore Realty which does an amazing job. If there are any issues, they have it fixed immediately. Ocean views, close to all the amenities but far enough away from the tourist mob that it is peaceful. Pool is always clean. 901 has 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, large kitchen and common area, plus nice balcony. We had 14 family members here COMFORTABLY! So much fun and a cheaper option than a hotel or resort! Don't miss out on this one!!!

Husband and I both had a wonderful time while staying at condo 802. The unit was very nice and convenient, as well as located right on the beach. We couldn't ask for a better view either - with the added privacy of being on the 8th floor. Husband and I both enjoyed eating breakfast and lunch on the balcony while looking at the sea, especially since the owners just changed the patio set for a brand new shiny one :-) . ||||The condo's location suited our needs as well - near the ''fun stuff'' as well as numerous grocery shops, but not so much as to be too busy or loud. The unit was very calm, which is just what I needed since was studying for my medicine board exam while husband was at the beach. The unit was so much near the beach, that I could take a break from studying by swimming in the ocean and quickly be back to keep on studying. ||||The owner, Scott, really seemed to care about his condos as well as the renters. He called us when we first inquired about the unit, and again during the week to make sure everything was alright. Furniture and outfitting of the room was nice and convenient. The kitchen/living room area was updated with nice marble counters and wooden floors. The bedroom was also nicely decorated. Mattress was nice and comfortable. Having two bathrooms really was a plus as we could both get ready at the same time to go out in the evening. The unit was also very clean. The kitchen had the basics, and mostly all we needed for our one week stay. ||||All in all, we would really recommend this unit, and will come back in the near future.

5 years in a row and counting. That is how many years my wife and I have stayed at Condo 204 while vacationing at North Myrtle Beach in South Carolina. The condo is right at the beach and the view of the beach and ocean is refreshing when one walks out on the balcony. In fact, my wife and I enjoyed walking out onto the balcony very early one morning and watch the sun rise as it was coming up over the ocean. IT WAS BREATH TAKING!||||Each year the owners add something new to improve their condo. This year the owners added additional balcony furniture and also a new bedroom mattress. The condo has a nice living area, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and 2 baths which are well maintained and clean. The living room has a large flat screen with a DVD player, each bedroom has its own flat screen and WiFi is available. The condo also has a washer and dryer. Both the beach area and the pool were well maintained, clean, and were not overcrowded. ||||Staying at Condo 204 for the week we see the owners genuinely care and work hard at making our vacation experience an exceptionally enjoyable one. Needless to say, once again we were extremely pleased vacationing at Condo 204. We stayed in Crescent Towers, room 604 this July of 2021. Our condo was definitely not cleaned. I'm not a neat freak, but I spent almost 2 hours cleaning this place. Their were pink stains in the toilets, hair and crumbs on the carpets and floors, sticky cabinets, appliances and even closet rods. We didn't mind that the condo is dated, and loved that it was right on the beach, but the cleaning service they use is obviously lying to them. They didn't do a thing before our arrival.

This is the 5 time staying there, its like home away from home. Condo 204 is like home away from home. It is always clean and updates every year we go. This year they put in a fantastic beautiful master bathroom. You can tell they spent some money on it. If you are looking for a great beach and clean and beautiful condo, 204 is it. The owners are really easy to work with.
