The team at Crescent Tek are always quick to respond to a phone call or a detailed email requesting assistance. During a period of transition from old software to new software we encountered a few issues that kept me as administrator for completing vital office tasks, but with an email to their customer support staff within minutes I received a call and action was taken to fix my issues. Overall, I have been very satisfied and happy with their services and would definably recommend and have recommended this company to others.
