Creekstone - Apartment rental agency in Nashville - 266 Stewarts Ferry Pike, USA

So far it's been a nice experience. The staff in the leasing office are always very helpful and kind. My only real complaint so far is the way they have it set up to receive packages. I've had only one package delivered to the "parcel room" and didn't get it. So I now have all my packages delivered to a nearby relative's home, but still have to pay a "package handling" fee every month. Granted, this is most likely the USPS at fault here, but it's a shame to be paying for a service that I cannot rely on.

This apartment is great if you love brown recluse spiders inside and yellow jacket nests on your porch! You want a washer/dryer in unit? You might have that, but they’re so small that they can only hold about 1/4 of your laundry at a time. And the washer might break and flood your apartment and you’ll have to beg the office for any information or timeline on it all getting fixed. They finally fixed it? Great, but they did an awful job and there’s a nail literally holding down the carpet in the middle of your floor! You want to go for a swim? Excellent! They claim to have 2 pools but they really just have 1 and the bathroom at the pool is covered in diarrhea and has never once been cleaned. The pool will also be green and closed for about a month before officially closing for the season, so get that swimming in quick! Regular trash pick up? Maybe, but maybe not - I hope you like the view of an overflowing dumpster 50 feet from your apartment! Speaking of trash - paying monthly for a valet trash service when you can take your trash 50 feet to the dumpster is a lot of fun, and they only come 5 days a week and not on holidays or when it’s raining. Crime? It’s got that too, and no one at the complex will tell you about it, you’ll just find out on the news! Do you love having awful neighbors that you can constantly hear through the thin walls? Yep, you guessed it, they have that too! And they have the audacity to raise the rent! I have never lived somewhere as small, gross, unsafe, & unkempt as Creekstone and would never recommend this complex to anyone who values their well-being.

After having a difficult, shady, and illegal experience with another apartment complex, Creekstone has been a dream come true. We originally were supposed to move into a different unit at a completely different complex, but that complex informed us that we wouldn’t be able to move in on our move-in date 4 days before we were supposed to move in, and we were relocating from FL to TN. The new move-in date this other complex tried to give us was much too late for us, so we went looking elsewhere and came across Creekstone. While there are a few things that may need updating (a couple slides on the playground are broken, speed bumps are a bit rough, very minor things), Creekstone’s units and buildings are clean and updated. The community and nervous here are unmatched to any that I’ve experienced as far as apartment complexes go, and the staff is INCREDIBLE. Huge shoutout to Makayla and Annah for taking such good care of us! They had us approved and a lease signed all within 24 hours, and they were very kind and helpful on our move-in day as well. We are grateful for the warm welcome we’ve received in the area, but especially from Creekstone! would give 10 stars if I could!

I had an issue with the toilet handle bar. It had rusted through resulting in the chain breaking away from it. I was able to temporarily fix it by moving the chain to a different hole in the bar. I took a photo of the issue and reported it. Maintenance showed up just a few hours later and was able to fix it immediately. I appreciated their prompt attention to the matter.

The place is fine, I'm only posting this as a public service. DO NOT GET PACKAGES MAILED HERE!!! The local postal service will screw it up and you'll be left with nothing more than an expensive lesson on what not to do. I've only lived here a few months, and the exactly one package I've had mailed was a $100 loss. Heed my warning.

Hands down the best leasing team I have ever worked with. I have lived here for almost 3 years and they are the reason why. In the office, Annah and James are always pleasant and resolve issues immediately. Thomas on the maintenance team is always friendly and I’ve never had to wait more than a few hours for a maintenance issue to be resolved. Great team!

This apartment complex initially seemed safe, but a recent incident where someone was robbed and shot right by my unit has changed my perspective. There have also been multiple incidents of individuals trying to break into cars. All of this within one month span. I can’t even walk my dogs after work without feeling anxious. I’m unsure of the management’s response to this but for the transparency of this review, though the office staff and maintenance crew are commendable, I can’t overlook the crucial aspect of safety and cannot recommend this place at the moment.

I absolutely love the environment at Creekstone. The premise is always clean and very well cared for. My couple of months as a tenant have been spectacular. The staff is amazing, especially Mr. James. He is extremely helpful and always goes above and beyond to ensure satisfactory results if there is ever a problem. Thank you Creekstone for making my venture in Nashville a great one!
