We called last week to get the vegetation in the swales in front of our property cleaned out before the rainy season started & to improve curb appeal. Beth called me back within the hour to verify the service we needed as they also maintain the right of way next to the swales. Came in today to see it was cleared out very well & looks great! I called to thank her and the crew for their efforts and found out the Project Mgr himself took the work order. We greatly appreciate his hard work on our behalf.

It's imperative that all applicants and potential applicants ready my entire posted comment. CMTI is absolutely a great company to work for and a great career opportunity. During my tenure at CMTI i consistently experienced nothing by exceptional professionalism and pleasant conduct from management and leadership in Brevard county, Florida. Had it not been for a serious emergency arising on my wife's side of the family across country I'd still be a proud employee. The ONLY problem I often experienced, unfortunately, while employed at CMTI were the few lazy and inconsiderate adult male coworkers that came aboard with the unprofessional and childish "us-versus-them" attitude indicative of opposing street gangs, etc.. Instead of illustrating initiative, ambition, maturity and consideration for their fellow team members, that misguided few chose to collectively increase the difficulty of daily operations then complain when rightfully corrected, lectured or chastised by management. Ironically, some of them are fathers ridiculously enduring at work what children generally endure at home when misbehaving. If you are ambitious and determined to put yourself in a good position to better your life then I encourage you to apply at CMTI and contribute to their impressive and respected growth and improvements.

Terrible company received 13 million dollars of our tax money to maintain I95 has not done any maintenance at all and now has a crew out trying to learn how to fix potholes which is making the road worse causing a lot of damage windshields

Yes I am a employee but I have never worked for a company that cares for its employee's like they do, and killer benefits.

I worked for this company for 2 weeks. I was told I would be paid 15.36 an hour and when I received my pay statement they were only paying me 10.82. I emailed them Monday morning asking why I was told one thing and my check showed another. I did not go to work that day because if they weren't going to pay me what they told me I wasn't going to waste my gas. Not a single response to my email was made nor did I receive a phone call about why I didn't show up. The next day I logged into my ADP account and all their information was gone and it said that my account had not been set up by the employer. Im owed a week of pay we'll see if I get it. DON'T WORK FOR THIS COMPANY IT'S A SCAM and they shouldn't even be allowed to hire people. If I could give zero stars I would!!!!

CMT is an awesome company to work for and the work is plentiful👍. The company has given me a chance to show what it know and I have been doing that and some. Mr. Mowen, the President, Mr. Trox, the CEO, Sandra, HR Dept. and top supervisor, and Tracy, top secretary extremely skilled in her craft and a supervisor for n her area, are all fantastic people and the best supervisors that I have ever spoken to as well as text. They all work with their employees and really help them out when they are really needed. I am happy with the company. If you are not afraid of work and you really like what you do, then this is the company for you. I am a COVID 19 Technician/ Custodial Maintenance Worker. I am the first line of defense against germs, viruses, or anything harmful that can hurt human beings. I sanitize everything that humans touch as well as clean everything. I am one of the best in my field and I do my job and go beyond and some.

They sent me out to the post office where I live and though I got paid the right amount the people that worked at that location. Were cut throat and disrespectful . The postmaster was a two faced B . If I could give this company 0 stars I would. Stay away .
