These people took our Money $100 and did nothing. They said the problem was fixed, soon as we got our computer home the same exact problems were there. We took it back the next day, Bob the owner said it worked fine for him, so they did their job. I offered to except a partial refund, he said not a chance. Don't get fooled by these people.

Took my computer there for the screen to be fixed. They replaced the screen and broke the piece that holds the laptop together, but a couple of weeks later it began to discolor so I took it back. After taking it back they claimed someone had sat on my computer, when no one has sat on it and I know that for sure! When I took it back it was working fine. Coming on, the screen would just change colors. When I went to pick it up after they told me they were not gonna fix it bc someone sat on it..I took it home and attempted to turn it on when it just flickered on and went back off and smoke preceded to come from the computer. I put it on the charger it still wouldn't come on and still continued to smoke. I even took it back after that demanding they fix it or refund me and he said he wasn't doing either even after he seen it smoking himself.

I've been doing full-spectrum IT work (installations & upgrades for hardware, software, and networking) for 30 years. I was working on upgrades for a high-end desktop replacement system, which is basically a laptop with a larger chassis to accommodate more hardware such as 4x hard drives, 2x video cards, 32GB RAM, etc. For one of the upgrades, I needed a part that isn't commonly found in most computer shops because it is almost exclusively used for high-end desktop replacement systems, which most stores don't sell due to the high cost. I knew I could buy the part I needed online, but figured I would check a few of the local shops on the off-chance that someone had it in stock. I stopped in at Creative Computers, and had an employee tell me that the part I was looking for didn't exist, and that what I was trying to do was not possible with a high-end system that he appeared to have no knowledge of. When I politely informed him that it actually does exist, he took on a condescending tone and told me that it didn't, even after I told him that I had already gotten the price and the part number, but was simply making an effort to find it locally first. I just shook my head and chuckled on the way out, that a "computer expert" was not only ignorant regarding general hardware components, but would become so belligerent towards a potential customer. I specialize in high-end configurations, and this "computer expert" seemed to only have knowledge regarding systems and hardware you might find at Walmart. I would not recommend shopping at this store unless you want to be given erroneous information. This store has other negative reviews on the web regarding their general level of incompetence as well. My advice would be to shop around and get a better price for parts or services from people more knowledgeable about their area of alleged expertise. As for me, I went home and ordered the part that I was told didn't exist, and installed it shortly after it was delivered a few days later. The only thing creative about Creative Computers is how they create utter bullshit out of thin air when they can't help you because they have no clue what they are talking about.

Do not take your business to these people. They ageed to removeviruses from my computer. Viruses are still on my computer! Bob, the ower was condenscending and rude. I have reported them to the BBB. Terrible business practices. Do not go there if you value your money!
