Haven't been here for more than 2 years. Kept forgetting as is not a location we frequently pass by. We ordered the shrimp Cajun boil and shrimp po boy with fries. To our surprise, the shrimps in the Cajun boil were HUGE, plump, and sweet! I think they were 8-12 size. The portion was huge as well. Counted at least 16 of them. There are tons of garlic too. Po boy was packed with shrimps. It tasted great and not overcooked. Loved the crispy skined fries. While we were dining, we saw takeout customers praising the food quality and speed. Another brought his father to try out the food after they ate here previously. And another frequent customer sat behind us which ordered 'the usual". We will definitely return for more on their menu.
Their food is consistently DELICIOUS. I usually order take-out and they don't skim on the ingredients just because it is a to-go order. The broth for both the beef pho and cajun pho were flavorful, the ingredients and bean spouts were fresh; as always, everything was delicious and the food was ready as promised. No doubt this is definitely the spot for Pho in Federal Way and for those who likes seafood and Pho, the Cajun Pho would be your match in heaven.
Last meal of our trip was at Crazy Pho Cajun, a family run Vietnamese spot that specializes in Viet-Cajun cuisine. The inside has plenty of seating and food comes out quickly. - Herbs - bean sprouts, basil, lime wedges. - Cajun pho ($14.95 USD) - broth had a subtle heat with a touch of sweetness. Mix of meats were tasty. Hit the spot. - Gumbo ($13.95 USD) - delicious, comforting stew that wasn't heavy. Wish they had Viet-Cajun back in Canada.
Always delicious food every time we stop.. make sure to take pictures this time.. Gumbo, Cajun bombs, and shrimp fried rice !!! 😋
I was expecting pho taste with cajun seasoning but it was a perfect cajun pho. I usually don't like fusion foods either. One of my top Vietnamese restaurants in the area!!
Popped in last weekend for spicy seafood boiled, the food was not season at all. Tasted bland, when I bought it up to the owner she said this is the spiciest they could make it. Don’t waist your money and just make it better at home.
Same thoughts as other reviews, this place is oddly delicious, and tastes like comfort food. We tried the Cajun phở, and catfish étouffée. Definitely recommend you try it at least once to make your own opinion of what Cajun Vietnamese food tastes like.
This was quite the odd experience. First off, the cajun phö was really good. I enjoy spicy food and this had an good kick. Very filling and I will probably get it again. The chicken teriyaki was not as great. Blan dish that had little sauce. We asked for a second bowl and never got it. For the phö being spicy, I was never given a refill. No music, so the atmosphere was a boring as possible. Really enjoyed my soup though.

Best restaurant pho in Washington. Hole in the wall eatery that you cannot miss or you're passing by Federal Way. I like pho and have even made some myself. This tastes like it is home made. Can't wait to come back.

One of the best cafe spots in Federal Way!! The coffee is nice and strong, not too sweet, and not too sour. Very good iced latte. Not too loud or too crowded with an amazing music playlist. Perfect to get work done or to study. Will be becoming one o
One of the best decisions I made this year was becoming a member of this gym. Everyone from the coaches to the team members are such great supporters. My first workout here I automatically felt like family. Every workout I feel energized and refre
First time at this place and we were happy with the food and service. High quality fish if you're craving for sashimi and sushi ð£. A little bit pricey compared to other Japanese resto around Federal Way but this is not your usual "Americanized"
