We have stayed at this location for two years in a row. The last time was for an extended period as we were looking for a home in the Tucson area.
The location is clean and quiet. The access to I-10 is great to get to anywhere you need to go in Tucson. We stayed in a covered spot that was great. Could sit outside even in high heat and felt comfortable.
Great staff and regular residents. All were very helpful when asked about the area or anything else for that matter.
The price was also very good for the area.
It was a great place to stay!
We have used this park for visits to Tucson on a few occassions. It is super easy to access off Interstate 10. It is clean, quiet, and close proximity to the air museum.
Great customer service and amenities.
I wish we could have stayed longer, and highly recommend you check it out!
Our family of 5 stayed at crazy horse campground for 3 months. The staff there is the friendliest we have ever encountered fulltime traveling. Very helpful and they keep the grounds and facilities clean and well maintained. We loved being part of the community they have created with Bingo and weekly dinners during the winter.
Great location for exploring Tucson in a quiet neighborhood that is close to the Loop bike trail and both sides of saguaro National Park.
City playground just down the street for the kids.
We were blessed to find this spot in a sea of 55 plus communities.
The sunsets are gorgeous over the dirt roads and paths around the campground. We spent most of our evenings walking the dog back there.
The heated pool and free donuts on Mondays were a big hit with the kids too.
Would definitely recommend anyone to stay here.
THIS park is quiet, friendly and such a clean place. Amy and Ben were so helpful and went above and beyond my expectations!. I will be back and thankyou for a making my stay feel like home away from home. Suzanne is a delight and maintence Joe's goes above and beyond.
The pool was clean , the laundry area was spotless and the showers were cleaned daily, there was no garbage around and this park was very clean and most of all quiet. I will be back!
Great place to be. Loved Amy and Ben are helpful with any questions . Ben is a great cook!love them tacos. We had a situation that stopped visiting from leaving as we had planned. I was very upset but when I called Amy she really help us. I will stay here again just because of Amy and Ben. Thank you two again.
We had a great experience at Crazy Horse RV Campground. Parking can be a bit tight but there is a nice laundry room, restroom/showers, walking trails, & clubhouse. You can't miss out on the clubhouse dinners or bingo night. All reasonably priced and Chef Ben is a delightful host. They also offered free coffee everyday and free donuts on Monday and Friday. Great park to be nearby attractions in Tucson for a good price.
Crazy Horse RV Park was the perfect stop for our extended stay in Tucson due to warranty work at nearby Camping World. We were lucky enough to snag a spot under their solar array/covered sites--a must for RVing in the summer mths.The staff was very accommodating and welcoming. And the park was very quiet and clean. (Our neighbors were very sweet and helpful to boot.) The location is just around the corner from I-10 so getting around was easy breezy.
This RV park is great value for your money, clean toilets, laundry, pool and the friendly welcome that one receives is exceptional. We were greeted by Amy, she was helpful, answered all our questions and provided more information than what was asked, which was great. Feel free to check in for a visit.
