Crazy Greek - Greek restaurant in Plantsville - 1143 Meriden-Waterbury Turnpike, USA

I really enjoyed my meal at crazy Greek. The soup was hot and delicious and the euro was just what I expected.

Closest thing to a real Greek gyro I have been able to find in CT. You gotta ask for the “Crazy Gyro” to get fries inside. Pork is thinly sliced but it’s not from the skewer. Lamb is in the skewer. Nevertheless taste was great, fries and tzaziki on point.

Had a crazy gyro, it was superb, fries were amazing too, my wife had a pork gyro, pretty delicious too, service was fast and efficient, perfect for a pitstop in a long drive, better now that patio is open, definitely coming back anytime soon.

I've never had a bad experience here! The employees are very nice and easy to order from. They have a lot of options and really good falafel, I always get the falafel gyro with tatziki instead of tahini, and I highly recommend it. Greek is my favorite and I highly reccomend this place!

I don't usually review stuff immediately after I get it but I just finished a meal from here and the value for money for some of the best food around. We'll definitely be back.

The Crazy Greek is a great spot for lunch! I sat outside on their picnic tables with friends and had the gyro platter. The food was great! I would go back again for sure.

The food was really tasty, but very overpriced! $11 each for a pork souvlaki, $5 more for fries (a real Greek souvlaki comes with fries inside!). The souvlaki only contained one skewer of meat and was mostly just salad. Plus after charging us so much they had the cheek to ask for a tip!! If you want decent food, bigger portions, and to spend less, there are plenty of other places you can go to in the area

#pwrcouple98fun on ig. we loved this small diner. gyro was delicious and just right. My wifes salad was huge and fresh. Fries were amazing with tons of feta.hummus and pita chips were great. try the soup too!
