I have a 6 year old daughter. She loves to color and draw pictures and is quite artistic. She absolutely loved this place. We were there for 4 hours and she was not ready to leave when we had to. Some of the activities cost extra, like if you want to buy dirt and sift out the jewels from it like a prospector. Most things are free. You can melt crayons into other shapes or to make art. You can buy a crayon and put a special name on the wrapper as a souvenir. They give you 2 tokens when you come in for this purpose. But you can buy more tokens if you want. You can buy modeling clay and sit at the tables and crate sculptures. You can let your kids run around on the indoor playground. We did not get to do everything we wanted to while we were there, and my daughter has been asking me to take her back ever since. I bought an annual pass, so I will be doing just that. It’s great for getting kids to put down the screens and be creative.
Very fun and colorful place. As an adult I had a blast and enjoyed coloring with the kiddo. Lots of activities and photo ops. FYI you can get in free if you go within 7 days of your birthday. It was a few days after my birthday and the kiddos asked to go.
This place was awesome. They provide a bag once you walk in that has everything you need for the museum. I didn't pay attention and spent an extra $10. They provide coins and a voucher to receive a Crayola scribble animal. They had puzzle games on computers, a play area, crayon maker machines, crayon wrapping machines, a food court, a coloring station, and much more. It was definitely worth the price.
Overall, our 3 and 6 year old girls enjoyed this place. There are some neat, interactive activities that come with the basic admission. The play area was a hit when they were tired of the art. From a parent perspective we definitely do not feel that the price of admission is worth it. My husband and I are both teachers and were able to get a free year pass each. Otherwise, we would have paid over $100 for our family, and this place is not worth that. We do appreciate that the parents get to participate in all the activities. It is not well lit and several activities were not working or run down. For the price you pay, everything should be in pristine condition. We are glad we went, but would likely not go again.
Tons of cool activities included with your admission, my kids had an absolute blast and wanted to try everything multiple times. Staff were super friendly and engaged all the kids, especially Ryan who was stuck running two attractions alone but still made sure every kid was having a good time. Buying tickets online saves you a few dollars on each.
There’re many entertainments for kids to enjoy and my 4 year old son loves to come here again. That means it’s worth to get an annual pass which is only +$10 from daily pass / person.
This is the most amazing experience for children. My children spent 3 hours here having so much fun and they weren't even able to experience half of the different activities that were available. Every activity had a final product we could take home with us so our Crayola bag was loaded with cool and unique projects we completed at the experience. Highly recommended!
Great trip for the kids and family. After visiting the first time, we purchased the season pass and have been back again. From toddlers to young kids, there's something for everyone, and enough to do that you won't get bored after a couple of visits.
