This was my first time here. The Bayou Shrimp was amazing 🔥. Our server, Lindsay, was awesome. I would have given 5 stars if the silverware hadn't been so dirty, there was literally someone elses food on my fork 🤢. It's not a huge deal, but for $45 a plate, I shouldn't have had to worry about that 🍻
Great meal for a dinner out with family. The service was very friendly and knowledgeable. I very much enjoyed the experience.
One of the more original menus I've experienced in my dining out. I'm always on the lookout for new and interesting foods. Prices are higher but I do not mind because everything I've ordered there has been really tasty, and the atmosphere pleasant as well. I've made it a point to return several times.
Seafood pasta with local drink options dining before 8 when band strikes up. Depending on atmosphere you enjoy
The shrimp platter came with coconut, shrimp and shrimp skewer.
The coconut shrimp was way overcooked and tasted oily, and the shrimp skewers were nothing to write home about. The french fries were good.
The chicken Marcella had bland flavor and ended up getting tossed.
I definitely would not order those two items if I ever went back. The service was great.
My family and I have been here for 3 special occasions. Every time the food and service has been excellent! I had the pistachio crusted halibut special and it was mouth watering. The piece of halibut was a very large portion, it can easily be shared...unless you're like me, it tasted SO amazing I couldn't stop eating until it was gone!
Great atmosphere and great food. We were upstairs so maybe the downstairs bar was better, but, the drinks were not great. The bartend could not make a sazerac (which is a famous new orleans drink???) and when I ordered one of their specialty cocktails, it seems they forgot the vodka, there was no alcohol in the cocktail 🙃 so I stuck with wine after that. I'm assuming someone had to fill in for the normal bartender or something.
Always delicious food, friendly staff and the live music on Friday & Saturday nights by the very talented house band made it a true celebration. 🎂🎉
