Absolutely amazing place to eat. We live out of town and were referred here by a local. Saying the food was delicious may be an understatement. Everything from appetizers to dessert was all fantastic. Cool atmosphere too. My only complaint is that we don't live closer so we can eat here more often. Didn't take pictures of everything we ordered, but included a few.
Food was amazing. Our server, Jack H, was outstanding. Steaks were perfect. The crab cakes were spot on. The atmosphere was wonderful. Just an amazing place to eat. We will be back.
It has that small historic town vibe, we're everyone knows your name. Stopped in on my way to a pumpkin patch. The atmosphere was nice. Food was great. The menu had a little bit of everything. Chicken waffle was awesome.
Absolutly Amazing!! We got the fish and chips, shrimp and scallops creole, and the galzed salmon. All three dishes were perfect! Service was spot on. They have indoor and outdoor seating. I sat indoors this time but I definitely want to try dining in the outdoor area.
We came on a Sunday to absolutely gorgeous patio weather. Inside was even nicer, but we sat outside due to the nice weather. Music was just the right volume and on point for the mood. The atmosphere was relaxed and happy. I had the fried oyster Poboy with kettle chips – highly recommended. My husband had the Cajun penne pasta and one of my friends had the lobster mac & cheese. The Bayou shrimp dip was great. Gator bites were perfectly done and seasoned well. All food was hot and delicious. Zing Zang Bloody Mary’s were superb. Drinks were on point and never got below halfway. The service was excellent. I can’t say enough good things about this place!
Great place! Was told by a coworker to try while I was in town for business. Super happy I want. Service was awesome not on me issue. Food great good flavor. I will definitely be stopping by again.
New comers to Crawdaddy’s and we will be back! The food was yummy. Jambalaya as starter for hubby. He gave a definite thumbs up and will enjoy half of it for lunch tomorrow. Very generous portions and he wanted to save room for his entree. He got the blackened ribeye, baked potato and creamed spinach. Not a bite left so how lunch enjoyed it goes without being said. I have the grilled shrimp with cheese grits and fried Brussels. Mine was quite tasty as well. We finished off with crème brûlée. Complimentary as it was my husbands birthday! Our service was exceptional. Ashland did a great job. The atmosphere was great indoor and outdoor seating we sat outside on the upstairs deck. Seating down below in the courtyard looked wonderful as well. Would recommend for sure. 40 minute drive for us but we’ll worth it. Great job Crawdaddy’s! And the bonus was $5 bourbon night which just happens to be hubby’s fav, happy birthday to him!
Being from the Houston area (Louisiana Adjacent) we get some some good Cajun food. It’s not quite New Orleans but it’s good. I would put this meal up against anything I’ve had so far back home. Shrimp dip, great. Crab cakes, out of this world. Cajun penne pasta with a side of blackened shrimp in a wine sauce….stop it now. This place was one of if not the highlight of my Tennessee business trip through Cookeville.
This was my first time I had to try the burger. I was pleasantly surprised to find out the American cheese they put on it is actual cheese. The flavor was on point. My only very tiny complaint was that it was a bit too greasy but that didn't stop me
Both the chickpea schwarma and the southwest crunch wrap were beautifully wrapped and SO delicious.
The mac and cheese was unbelievably good, hard to believe it was vegan.
Loved the service and the atmosphere.
