Cravings by 99 Ranch Market - Asian grocery store in Chino - 4024 Grand Ave, USA

I would have given 1-star because of Tony Barbeque's awful CUSTOMER SERVICE. The [owner?] was very aware we have been standing behind the customer he is serving... for over 20 minutes... and as soon as the transaction completed, the [owner?] RUDELY IGNORED US and blatantly entertained the customer waiting BEHIND US!! A crew member approached us to tell us that we have to WAIT 35 MINUTES for our food (when we have not ordered anything yet!)... WHAT KIND OF SERVICE DID WE JUST RECEIVE FROM TONY'S BARBEQUE??? Nevertheless, thank God for the food court. We settled for the Taiwanese cuisine and ordered their HAINANESE CHICKEN. WOW!!! The LONE PERSONNEL is very attentive, friendly, FAST, and very good with his follow-through. The CHICKEN IS TO DIE-FOR! We will never go back to Tony's. We will definitely come back for the Hainanese Chicken and the other menu items we can try. Takaway: CUSTOMER SERVICE QUALITY determines the success or failure of any business. That is my 2-cents for "CRAVINGS BY 99 RANCH."

Love the food court concept and the grocery section is small but very clean and well organized. The food court is expensive, not all stalls have menu boards. Ordering on the touch screen was filthy.

We ate at Krapow. we had 5 in our party, and everyone picked out different meals they were all amazing. The drinks were delicious as well. Sorry, we were all wrapped in how good the food was. we didn't take pictures. Also, we all had plenty in our servings.

Edit 5/21/2023 - overhead music too loud. 3 different types of music blasting at full volume. It is an awful experience to sit in the food court Costco-style warehouse store with Asian products, good prices for usually hard to find items. Came here to check out the food court and ended up checking out what they had in the aisles. There were a lot of food sampling stations and we ended up snacking and buying some soup dumplings and bowl noodles. The shopping experience was nice and we will definitely be back.

Brand new place with a lot of delicious foods to eat. Walking in here, it was hard to make up my mind on what to eat. It’s nice to also have a warehouse style Asian supermarket to shop in. I will be going back here often to try different foods depending on what mood I am in. Since this place is new and popular, expect a large crowd with longer than usual wait times.

Great food and great place but it would be better if your guys staff treated other races with respect and kindness. Your guys racism is not subtle and is very obvious.. do better

The store is so fresh feeling as you travel down the aisles with tons of great favorite Asian foods and loads of new labels,brands and flavors! Range of foods here- we quite like it. Prices are reasonable. Depends on the food you choose as to how good it is in my opinion, so can be hit and miss.. Definitely give it a try though, there are some good options!
