Crave Cafe - Brunch restaurant in Sherman Oaks - 14504 Ventura Blvd, USA

Really enjoyed breakfast at Crave. Excellent and attentive service. You order at the counter and get a number for your table. Food comes out quickly, coffee is refilled, and the staff are pleasant. Bathrooms were just cleaned. Honestly, the food portions are large enough to share.

The spot is really cool, love the vibe! I had a Nutella & Strawberry crepe, I felt like it had way too many strawberries, you should definitely serve them with half of that. Think about it: you should serve in a way people can still ask for more. No one ever would ask you for extra strawberries cuz you already serve with the maximum amount anyone can handle. Excellent for a date spot or just a simple hangout. They always have great music and food quality is always great. Atmosphere is always cool vibes, service is always great. Never had one problem here. Menu is fairly vast and they have sushi next door. Highly recommend for any occasion

Don’t waste your time stopping here for a late night snack, they rudely refuse service even for a cup of tea at 1:25am whilst there are 3 full table’s still occupied. The staff just say ‘were closed’ and stare at you blankly. Its as if you are inconveniencing them coming to their establishment during opening hours.

Great atmosphere and very good drinks. I got a Honeydew/Mango mix and it came out like nothing else 😮

Fernando was so amazing! He was our server! He was outstanding and so kind and caring to the point where I came to leave a review because he was that great. Definitely come Fernando will make you feel like if your at home.

The service is absolutely disgusting. A heavy set woman, wearing a few crosses manning the register had a stale attitude. Upon receiving the food, the turkey bacon was atrocious and tasted almost as biting into rubber. There was barely bread and what was present was cold. I asked the woman at the front if she can give me more bread, as they only provided 1 slice cut into halves, but told me I’d have to pay $1 despite not enjoying the turkey bacon and my meal being cold. I understand $1 is not much, but it’s more about principle. I enjoy Crave, especially the Studio City location, but this experience was extremely disappointing. On top of it all, an employee was cleaning the case of desserts and sprayed us with Windex. I understand that she was just doing her job, but I don’t think windex should even be near food in the first place. Crave Sherman Oaks needs to get their act together with their staff, portions of foods, and quality if they want to keep their lights on.

This place has a very unique friendly atmosphere and amazing food ! All the desserts are great, but the Nutella crepes with strawberry 🍓 banana 🍌 and blueberries 🫐 are my personal favorite !!! the interior is great, brick 🧱 walls , cozy couches and also there is a lovely outside seating area. Servers are always quick and friendly! And when it comes to their salads, and breakfast options, their options are great, so as savory crepes, out of those i’d recommend to try all!!
