I tried to give this place a chance, but honestly I can’t do it. The lady who runs everything doesn’t change the sheets. This is the second room I been in and the sheets are dirty. I didn’t notice it until around 8 as I was ready to go to sleep. I went to the office to find out the office close at 8! The tv doesn’t work, the WiFi barely works. $65 went down the drain. When I tried to explain the situation to her about my room not being ready the next morning. She started yelling and going crazy. I don’t recommend at all. She’s unprofessional and disrespectful. I’ve actually watched her clean the room out today and all she does is make the bed without changing the covers and sheets. Sweeps and mops and give “new/clean” towels. The shower she rinses out and the toilets she gets a wet wash cloth and wipes it down. That’s it…..there is a bunch of crack heads that live here too. So be mindful of that.
Great location. Rooms kind of dated. Mini blind was broke. Only 1 vending machine located in the back. Our shower leaked and the tub was stained. It was ok for a 1 night stay.
The service was fast, friendly and helpful. The staff seemed well trained and understand how to treat a customer. The room was small but very cozy. Everything was so neat and well organized. It seemed like they recently renovated (the TV was a nice flat screen). The queen bed was comfortable and soft. It made me hard to get up in the next morning. Would recommend this place to others!
Not a bad place, alot better then the other ones in Petersburg. Def not updated, needs new comforters and my opinion carpet needs to go, bathroom sink was new but tub is not shower worthy but there's no bugs, daytime staff was friendly nighttime guy not so much, room was clean just very outdated but I'd go here over the others in the area any day of the week. Price is great for what you get. Has ice machine but no coffee which is fine since places are nearby. Would stay again when in town for sure.
The lady that's runnning build has no respect for privacy constantly kept coming to my room when I wasnt there , she tried to tell me I couldn't have guest ! She would come to the room and open my door WIDE open with my baby in the room demanding me mop the floor when the floor wasn't dirty !!! Constantly kept walking up to my grandma questioning her about things she had no business asking !! On my last day I was waiting for the truck to arrive to remove my things is was 35 degrees outisde she tried to put me and my baby out and told me she was going to charge my card for another day and I couldn't stay !!!
The rooms are outdated but very clean and well kept nonetheless. It can get kinda busy and noisy, but otherwise its quite at night. The staff can be nice at times, but otherwise just do their job. The hotel is located in a good area with stores and fast food restaurants within walking distance, and is located rather close to the interstates.
I have stayed at a lot of motels, and this one is the best by far. The rooms are clean, no roaches, I didn't get eaten by bed bugs. The sheets were clean, the bed has a plastic sheet, it was noisy rolling over but it was comfortable.. I didn't have any problems with safety and the place was pretty quiet. I'm picking this hotel every time I come to Petersburg.
I stay here weeks at a time with my fiance since I am in the military and have to work close by the area...there is nothing to complain about really as the property has been around from some time, however it is a great shape. Its close by WalMart, highway, laundry. People who work here are very nice and love working with you for whatever problems you may have. This property is always putting or adding something new to make the guest happy.
SOooo chill. The music and the staff were super laid back and nice. The food was AmayyyyZing! Delicious and filling for a fair price. One thing, if you're looking for fancy, this won't be your spot. If you're looking for great food and an easy vibe,
Everything was absolutely amazing. Drinks, food, service, atmosphere. Everything was spectacular. Most intelligent drink menu I've seen in my 20 years in the culinary industry. The food was well thought out, beautifully presented and most importantly
Lovely little cafe with a variety of freshly made pastry. The inside is nicely decorated- I enjoyed a bench seat upon a croissant-shaped cushion- and the staff are very kind and helpful. I stopped in with a friend and enjoyed a bacon, egg, and cheese
This was one of the best gyms that I have ever been too. Was only in the area for about 6 months and the ownership was happy to work with me in getting me a sweet deal. Gave me the yearly membership price even though I wasnât there for long and all
I love history, even tragic history. We visited this park years ago, but the visitor center was closed. I'm glad it was open this time. The park ranger/guide was very knowledgeable and helpful. The driving tour was easy to follow.
Amazing site. Itâs is a great history of the battle and the museums are great love the walk through a soldiers experience. The earthworks are a great walk and the recreated trenches are awesome for realization of the battle. It is a must stop for h
I've been to this restaurant with my husband, my brother in law and sister in law several times .the staff is very friendly knowledgeable and very accommodating. the restaurant has the British vibe look for sure. I have to give praises to the chef
There were four of us in our group. The tour guide was very patient and knowledgeable of the grounds and of the church building itself. A great experience! The church contains national treasures that can never be replaced. I would highly recommend an
Very interesting history to the house, and gorgeous architecture! The guides were very helpful, and answered all our questions. We'll definitely be back!
