This clinic strives to make both owner and pet comfortable. When we come in with an unfortunate situation or illness that our pet is dealing with, the compassionate staff help us feel as calm as possible. We have had to put three of our very sick babies down throughout the years. Every time, our heartbreak is understood and staff is patient and altruistic which helps us come to terms with our tragedy. This is what a vet office should be. I love the front office staff as well. Bithia has the sweetest smile and so do the other beautiful ladies. Thank you all for years of care.

Dr. David Smith is a dedicated and wonderful veterinarian. My little Katie Is my most precious little girl. She was nearing the end of her life, and I was brokenhearted. Dr. Smith helped us to make one of the toughest decisions we have ever made. He came to our home and helped us through this sad time. Now my little girl is at the rainbow bridge. We miss her terribly however, we’re happy she isn’t suffering anymore. I know one day we will join her. Katie you’ll be in our hearts furever!

I cannot recommend this clinic and Dr. Dave Smith enough! I have had 2 dogs undergo serious surgeries here and I trust them completely to give my animals the best medical care as well as kindness and compassion. Dr. Dave cares immensely about the animals he treats as well as the owners. He always takes his time to explain the diagnosis, all of your options, and potential outcomes; as well as answer all of your questions. He then helps you decide what is best for your animal and you with zero judgement. His care and thoughtfulness comes through in every conversation with you and interaction with you pet. Furthermore, I have found their prices to be very reasonable. The techs and reception staff are always nice too. Despite the traumatic surgeries my dogs have undergone here they are always excited to walk through the doors, as if they are coming to see friends (something that has never happened at any other vet clinic we've been to).

My dog had his TPLO surgery here (pretty big knee surgery) & they took good care of him & he is recovering really well! He loves going to hydrotherapy, which he's doing to help him recover.

Just moved & can't find a Veterinarian that could get my animals seen for FLEAS without an extended waiting period. Called Crater Lake Veterinarian Clinic as they've seen my animals within the last year, and have received plenty of my money. They refused to help, and claimed they have to see the animals, and charge for a checkup. The is extortion & the entire industry is a racket! They only care about the money, and display no care for animals or their owners!

Dr. Whitney Madigan, DVM is fantastic with our horses. We love her manner with them and she is compassionate, while also offering great, practical advice and solutions.
