I had my first appointment yesterday. I went in a little nervous being that I was taking my 8 week old son. The moment I wanted in, front desk was absolutely kind. The young man in front was so kind. And the young lady with ginger hair was so gentle with my 8 wk old. The PT who saw my son was absolutely knowledgeable , and with 15 minutes she literally went through so much without overwhelming me in anyway. She was so open to all my questions and concerns which I greatly appreciated. overall it was a great experience. I will return to start my baby’s helmet journey with no fear. -Max

We paid $1890 for the helmet for our little baby, but the service was terrible, and even was not finished. When we asked for refund Cranial Technologies showed no compassion, the most important for them are MONEY. They measured the head of our baby and created a wrong sized helmet. The helmet was constantly sliding in the eyes of our baby causing him suffering and pain. Also, their unqualified technician added some not needed pieces to helmet causing our baby to have lots of red spots on his head that took up to three weeks to heal, and one spot is still there. They measured second time the head and again second helmet was wrongly designed sliding in baby's eyes causing pain and discomfort. Instead of apologizing and refunding the money back, Cranial Technologies, Inc. argues that everything was done by protocol. Seems, their protocol is a very bad protocol.

I have got nothing but great service all the way! Every question and concern responded! Any help adjustments immediately taken care of. I'm so happy with the progress my Baby girl is doing thank you to Cranial Technologies.

This review is for the insurance staff. They are short staffed and are not able to handle the insurance claim volume. If you call, there is always a long wait time. They also respond very late. My son's treatment has been delayed because of this.
