We absolutely love cranial technologies. My daughter not only needed one band but two. So we go to cranial technologies a lot! The staff is amazing and caring and truly cares for these babies. And their parents. Shauna is so caring and supportive through this whole adventure! not only with the band but everything else also. Will always recommend.

This review is not a reflection of the doctor or experience with the helmet for our child. The insurance department at this place gave us incorrect information on multiple occasions ultimately impacting our decision to go through with multiple bands. If they have it in written word that they cannot guarantee coverage or cost share amounts, then their insurance department should in NO way shape or form suggest how the patient's coverage will work. On multiple occasions on the phone with CT we were told that with our coverage we should be reimbursed for what we have paid. To ultimately find out from our insurance provider that this is not the case. The doctor here is awesome, but we were deceived by the staff handling insurance claims.

My son was a Patient at Cranial Technologies they are located near Banner Desert Medical Center. They have and amazing team very knowledgeable & informative. At every appointment they would update me on his progress. You are allowed to decorate there DOC bands have fun decorating it and be creative. I am very happy with the results we have received at Cranial Technologies and with the excellent teamwork. I would give them 5 stars all the way around!

This review has been a long time coming! We were here a year ago with twin babies that both needed helmets. I was overwhelmed with the logistics of the weekly/every other week appointments: getting out of work, early daycare pickups, bringing in two babies, etc. But the staff here are amazing, and they made it so easy and painless. Everyone was always so positive and helpful. Appointments were always quick and on time. They have convenient hours and were flexible if I needed to reschedule. My babies had no problems with their helmets, didn't seem to bother them at all, and now their heads look perfection.

My daughter just finished her treatment after 6 months and 2 bands. This involved many appointments and we did not have one negative interaction, including phone calls with office staff and others. Everyone was so kind, helpful, and supportive. I was always given the information and answers that I asked for. I am so grateful for our experience with them! CT was recommended to me by 2 people and our Dr, and I will be recommending them to anyone who asks! Thank you!

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about everyone here. Doesn’t matter how many times I’ve been in… each staff member I’ve ever encountered has been nothing but incredible and beyond nice. Christine, mostly worked with my son and she’s beyond wonderful. She was so positive, hopeful, and encouraging. My son was in the doc band for in my opinion a short time and he looks fantastic. Thanks a bunch! :)

Cranial Technologies was amazing for our family. The team is SO caring, professional, and beyond helpful. My son needed to be in 2 bands, not once did I feel pressured to do anything. The support through the whole journey was touching. We loved everyone but special thanks to Miss Danielle! They are the ones to visit to help out your littles!

First of this review is not a reflection of the staff and the technicians in this facility. This is a purely a review of the band/helmet experience. Our experience with the helmet has been awful. Our son was fitted with a band at the age of 3 months to correct flatness on his head. However, after wearing the band for almost 5-6 weeks we have seen no improvements whatsoever. The worst part is that the bad interfered significantly with his development and sleeping. During the first week he was sweating so much especially in the head area, and it took a while for his body to regulate his temperature with the new band on. He also went from waking up 1-2 times at night to feed to 4-5 times at night while wearing the helmet because he was clearly not comfortable sleeping with the band on. As soon as the band came off (after the 5-6 weeks) he went back to his normal sleeping schedule and started to become more mobile, started rolling over, and overall was a lot more energetic and vivid. So, for us, this was a pure waste of money and time and honestly did absolutely nothing to correct his head flatness and the worst part is that it interfered significantly with our son’s development and motor skills. I would honestly urge every parent to do their own research before getting a helmet for your child. In fact, there are several published scientific studies (do your research) that shows that cranial helmets do very little to almost nothing to correct head flatness in infants. The issue will eventually correct itself and plagiocephaly has not impact on motor skills, brain or child development. It's a purely cosmetic issue. The staff on the other hand get a 5 stars! all caring, professional, and extremally nice!
