This location is a lot closer for us than the one in Dallas. It's always spotless, and the staff is wonderful. They worked miricles on my twin grandsons. I highly recommend Cranial Technologies.

Thanks, Cranial Tech Team, for being extremely informative and caring! Like most parents, I was extremely nervous about starting this process because of all the negative reviews. I decided to go forward with the treatment to avoid having any regrets in the future. I am so glad we moved forward with the process because my babys head is nice and round!! The staff was extremely sweet and understanding. My insurance did not cover the helmet, so in total, we paid 1,800. This company provides financing options and payment plans for those who need it. And yes, it is time sensitive, so make sure you communicate your concerns with your pediatrician asap. Thank you to all the physical therapists, occupational therapists, and techs for being so caring throughout this process.

I've had nothing but a postivie experience here. These women are so kind, sweet and very informative. It can be quite overwhelming to think your child might be in a helmet but with cranial technologies they will be there every step of the way! They are a clean, organized facility. They even have a cute photo set up for when your baby graduates from wearing a helmet if needed. I highly recommend this to anyone looking for the best for their babies.

My baby has officially graduated his DocBand and I have nothing but good things to say about the staff at Cranial Technologies in Mesquite. Both ladies there were so nice and friendly to our entire family. My baby’s therapist, Sabrina was always so kind and attentive with our baby. You can tell she truly loves her job! Your baby deserves better. Terrible Experience!!!... Find other alternatives instead of Cranial Technologies. This is a time sensitive process... Your baby deserves better. Our pediatrician recommended an evaluation to our baby when he was 7 months. I understand reshaping the head of a baby is time sensitive, the sooner you take actions the less the time a helmet is used. You typically need to deal with three parties: the pediatrician, your insurance company, and the specialist (Cranial Technologies). We tried to move fast pushing all of them. At some point we were ready to schedule the set up a time to measure the baby's head and two weeks later get the helmet. After two weeks of no response from Cranial Technologies (phone calls or messages to local clinic in Dallas and headquarters in Arizona), I looked for an alternative. The alternative clinic asked me to contact the insurance company to cancel the previous process with Cranial Technologies, so the new process could be expedited. When I called the insurance company, there was no process initiated by Cranial Technologies. They did not do anything after two weeks of approval from the insurance and pediatrician. Our baby was 7 when we initiated the process, and he is 9 months now that we finally got the helmet. We went from 2-3 months wearing the helmet to 3-6 months because of those two months. WE LOST IMPORTANT WEEKS BECAUSE OF CRANIAL TECHNOLOGIES NEGLIGENCE.

to the worst specialist I've ever been to, I just went to my baby's appointment to have his head checked, the map the direction they give you the map takes you to the wrong place so you have to find the direction for yourself, so which was 8 minutes late, I arrived and the receptionist treated me very poorly, and asked me again for my information, only to then tell me that she couldn't help me today that she was going to reschedule me for another day, when they normally have a waiting time 15 minutes which they don't even comply with, or I recommend this place is terrible in customer service and the receptionist doesn't even mention it,

Our daughter started her doc band journey in may and her final visit was yesterday at the mesquite clinic . The entire staff was very welcoming and overall, we had a great experience!

What an amazing team and amazing experience at this location . The staff was always accommodating , extremely knowledgeable and were sweet to my daughter . Thankful for them and the hard work they are continually doing for all the little ones and parents !
