We had a good experience here with my son getting the Doc band. We were able to get a small paid-in-full discount because our insurance would not cover the helmet so we paid out of pocket. We saw most of the technicians and they were all nice. Decent experience overall

My child spent 4 months in his doc band. After graduating they asked to use his helmet for an audit but ensured me they would mail it back to me. It’s been 4 months. I have emailed them multiple times regarding getting my son’s helmet back. After getting the run around, they have informed me they have LOST his helmet and I will not be getting it back. So much time and money was put into this process. All I wanted was to keep his helmet as it had sentimental value to us. I am very upset at how nonchalant this was handled by cranial technologies. They have left us with zero explanation and it does not seem they even care to investigate what happened to my son’s band.

Extremely satisfied. Was not forced into doing treatment as my child only had a mild deformity. Highly appreciated the transparency. Put me at ease walking out of there!

They are GREAT here and were soo good with my son! Didn’t mind the drive here for every visit. Thought I would dread this process but we didn’t at all. The helmet definitely helped my son in a matter of 2.5 months and it didn’t bother him at all. Would definitely do it on my next child if needed.

We had a great experience with the staff at Cranial Technologies in Cary back in 2018 with our daughter. While we can see now that she is 6 that she still has a flat spot on the back of her head, we also can see the big different the helmet made on correcting some issues (like symmetry of the face, etc) and can recommend this location to other parents.

We recently started going here because my son needed an infant helmet to help reshape his head. I love everything about it so far. We have had 3-4 visits. The girl at the front desk is SO nice and the other lady who we work during the appointments is super sweet too. I never have to wait more than 1-2 minutes when I arrive, even if I arrive early. We received our helmet. Hoping for a great outcome for our little guy. Very professional and clean place (which is important to me since I bring my kids there). Oh, and they have a play area indoors where other siblings can play while you do your visits. Very nice place!

Clinicians are very nice. Everybody's kind. Welcoming environment. Helmet didn't work for us. We had two helmets. Would brachycephaly have changed without the helmet? Who knows. Before and after pictures are near identical.

Stay Away from this location. There are much better competitors in Raleigh area other than this people which I found out after starting the treatment. If you still plan to use Carnial than review their other location across USA. They have a good customer service at front desk but that's not we are paying more than $4000 for. This is the money making business and play with your emotion so can convinced yourself to do a right treatment for your child. From day one we have been complaining about the helmet is not right for my son. The helmet is larger than my sons head. It's completely not fitting. It's coming below his eyebrow. But, I guess this office is not doing much about it. And, every time they come up with different excuse. The local office, insurance dept in Tempe, AZ and I guess not visible Manager are throwing the ball on each other and no one there to resolve. " their standard answer is we dont know how this works and you have to talk to this person". If we are paying more than $4000 and if they are claiming that this is CUSTOMIZED HELMET than how come its not fitting right. They may be right that they are in this business for 35 yrs and treated thousand of baby. but, now they are lowering their standard and focus more on your and insurance money. I REGRET BY COMING HERE AND SURELY I WILL TELL MY PEDIATRICIAN TO GET SOME OTHER COMPANY FOR TREATMENT. I hope management should fix this instead posting their standard comment on this page.
