I took my son to Cranial Technologies, and they were AMAZING. I took my son here after going to another place in Rhode Island that we were not happy with. First Casey and Brianna were super nice and welcoming throughout the entire process. I ended up taking advantage of their free consultation (which was amazing!). From the technology to the entire consultation it was like night and day from the other place we went to a few months back. They took 3d pictures of his head and after I went into a room with Casey, and she brought up all the different angles of his head on a screen so I could see everything. She explained everything in such great detail. At the other place I went my son got scanned and after the consultation the only thing I got was a paper with a drawn circle and no explanation of things. I was able to feel one of their helmets and it was so much lighter and more breathable than my son's old helmet from the other place. I also found out they only specialize in helmets and from their helmet you can tell. Casey explained that the helmet had a special patent where it can cut treatment time in half. I wish they expanded here a few months back so we could of came here first but I am so happy they are in Rhode Island now to help the families that need baby helmets. From a parent who went somewhere else, I HIGHLY suggest you come here first!

If your baby needs a helmet highly recommend going to Cranial Technologies in providence!! The OT (Casey), is so helpful in assisting your comprehension with the benefits of the helmet. My husband was initially not on board (and I honestly was in the fence) but after the evaluation and her explanation he changed his mind! The 3D imaging is really cool,, helps you see the areas of your babies head that may need improvement, and Logan loved taking the pictures. Glad they opened a location closer to me. Casey is always so amazing with my baby and so is Brianna at the front desk (she is so incredibly welcoming and helpful)! I appreciate you guys for making this stressful time so much more relaxing. Logan and I appreciate you making his head perfect.

As a grandmother, I recommend the providence location. The 3d imaging was helpful in understanding where my grandsons head was flat and the OT was really helpful in explaining the benefits of the helmet to the entire family (she sends a video to an app). The staff and OT were welcoming and made us feel at home each time we entered the building. My daughter is glad that there is a location near her that uses doc band as a helmet since my grandson has a lot of allergies. Thanks for helping me understand the benefits Providence team.

Wonderful staff. Easy parking with a baby. Definitely recommended for your little.
