I have to admit, we were a little skeptical at first about getting our son fitted for a cranial band, but we are so glad we did it! Our son had severe plagiocephaly and after two helmets his head is nicely rounded, his ears are much more in-line, and his cheek bones look a lot more symmetrical. The staff at the clinic were really efficient and easy to work with. They also made our three year old feel comfortable when we had to tag along for appointments. Would recommend Cranial Tech to any parents who are on the fence about getting their child a cranial band!

Love the service they provided for my son Liam and I , very friendly and always with a great attitude. Michelle always put a smile on my son’s face , and explained to me about Liam’s growth every visit he had. Appointments were easy to schedule with the only front desk they have and she was always very helpful . I highly recommend this please !

I can’t rave enough about this facility! Hearing that your child will need a doc band can make any parent nervous especially if you’re unfamiliar with a doc band. I was a very scared first time parent who was referred to this clinic later on in my child’s diagnosis and from the get go both Skylar and Michelle were very kind and empathetic. They were always very detail oriented during our appointments and I was always kept in the loop with my child’s progress and when my child’s doc band was shipped over to their clinic and was running a bit late (carriers fault.) they called them every day to see where my package was at and would update me as well! My child loved seeing Michelle and Skylar; there wasn’t a moment where my child was upset or scared at the clinic because every fitting or progress photo was made a fun experience. Not only did I feel like my child’s needs were prioritized but as a parent I felt heard when it came to questions or concerns and I could not be more grateful. Two doc bands later, we completed our time at the clinic and our last visit was so bittersweet, we are happy to be done with our doc band but we miss seeing Skylar and Michelle so much! Thank you for everything!!♥️

Overall, not very impressed by the timeliness of treatment offered to our kiddo. They stressed importance of quick action due to rapid head growth that happens around 4-5 months but took about a week to contact me after only to say they didn’t have the correct insurance information from us (although the front desk told us “not to worry about it, just put some numbers” when we checked in). Also, not thrilled with the clinician’s “that’s just how we do it attitude” when I asked about expediting ordering the helmet and skipping the insurance authorization process as we were just going to pay cash anyways. We will gladly be working with another orthotist.

The staff at cranial technologies seriously is THE best. Hearing your baby needs a helmet is a hard moment but having educated staff that makes you feel confident in your choice to docband helps so so so MUCH! This location exceeded any expectations I had. They were super transparent with the price and let us know what was going on every step of the way. Hannah always made sure we had our appointments scheduled and she was so sweet and helpful! We started off with Tara tending to our little ones noggin but we had to switch to the care of Zach and he seriously was so kind and consistent with carrying on our needs for Nova! Thanks to this process Nova has a round noggin and I have learned so much!

We had a very pleasant experience with the Denver Cranial Technologies team. I was able to contact them via email and phone conveniently and quickly with questions I had. Each visit was quick and the staff we worked with were very friendly. A great location, and great team. Thank you!
