As soon as you walk in, your are greeted and treated so kind. Absolutely loved the attention and concern all staff showed towards me and my husband regarding our son. They worked so well with him to make him comfortable and made the process so smooth. DEFINITELY recommend to anyone who has even the smallest worry about their little one!

Drove 40 minutes to get to the office just for Gabriele to say they can’t see me. I was 2 minutes late after I had called and told her I was looking for a parking space. Why schedule me if they can’t see my son.. 2 minutes late but the grace period is 10 minutes.

From the beginning we were always treated with courtesy and respect. The Clinicians were always very attentive and always took the time to answer any questions that we had. They really take pride in their job and help you along the way! A wonderful place with beautiful human beings who truly know how to make a difference!!

I have had the best experience with them. All the staff is kind and knowledgeable. They help you in every way they can. Their customer service is excellent.

They are so nice and professional they treat me and my baby with kindness and care I’m so grateful I guess some people will complain become that’s who they are complainers .

'm upset my personal concerns were not taken to the next step of getting further services for my son. I understand my sons age leaves him unqualified. Personally I feel that he would still benefit from services do to his underlying condition and poor growth. It's unfortunate that Cranial Technologies were not able to do thier best.

Fist time we came in not knowing much about this type of treatment, but they answered all of our questions. Addressed every concern. They are so nice and attentive. We love them!
