I highly recommend this facility! The staff is so friendly! I’ve been taking my daughter for the last 7/8 weeks and they have been so extremely helpful and understanding. Lisa was the main technician we had since day one, she is so beyond helpful and kind! They really help you understand what’s going on and genuinely care about your child. My daughter is one of the very few cases where she had a horrible reaction for the first two weeks of wearing the band and the staff there was soooo helpful. I can’t stress enough how nice these people are! The blonde women at the check in always greets us with a smile and knew us by name! She remembered us every time we came! They care about the cleanliness of the office as well, always cleaning the moment clients leave! If I could give a higher star rating, I would! I love this team! Today was my daughter’s graduation and they congratulated her! So pleasant! Keep up the amazing work guys!!
Our experience was amazing! We didn’t notice our son’s plagiocephaly until he was 10 months old! He didn’t start wearing his helmet until he was a year old. We knew there would be small results due to starting so late but he just finished his DOC band after 4 months and we are amazed at the results! All of the staff at this location was amazing! Everyone was very nice and helpful. We are very thankful and so glad we made the choice, considering it was a far drive for us.
My daughter has identical, twins, and twin A, Wyatt, had a bit of a flat head in the back. We had the tech, Patrice, who was fabulous! So friendly, so thorough. Excellent in every way! I wasn’t happy to see that my grandson was recommended to be put in one of these doc bands, but it was only for six weeks and his head is nice and rounded in the back now. We highly recommend this facility and Patrice! And to Wyatt and his mom, Tara - persistence paid off! Well done! 👏🏻👏🏻 (I tried several times to post this since 7/10/23!)
We had the BEST experience using Cranial Technologies! Our clinic was so amazing and took the time to make us feel so special and welcomed each time we went. The whole staff was great, but we especially loved Patrice! Not only was he fantastic with our family, you could hear how great he was with others each time we went. So so thankful for such a wonderful transition for our daughter. Highly recommend!
My wife and I were recommended to bring our son there. We are definitely glad we did. They were all so friendly and amazing. Loved our experience with Cranial Technologies Tampa using the Doc Band! The staff (especially Corey and Stacey) were friendly and efficient and the therapists were knowledgeable and kind. From beginning to end our experience was amazing! They were right on time with appointments and would always accommodate us to change the appointment if needed. Would definitely recommend them! It was convenient to have different locations as well since we used the orlando office for one visit when we were in that area. I am very happy with our results and happy we chose to do this for my daughter!

I was able to get my daughter in the next day after calling for an appointment. The office staff was very friendly. The office was very clean and organized. The doctor made my husband and I feel comfortable and was able to answer all our questions. The insurance team got back to us quickly and was able to set up my daughters next appointment when I spoke with them. I highly recommend this office and physicians.
