We had a group of 14 and they did their best to seat all of us. We wound up in 3 separate tables, but we were near each other. Our table ordered the Maple Bacon Grilled Chicken, Grilled Rainbow Trout, Grilled Catfish, and Kids Mini Confetti Pancakes. The food turned out really good, but the service was even better. Our waitress was super-friendly and checked in with us enough but not too much. It was a great experience overall. The store is nice too.
Cracker barrel is always decent, but I've definitely been to better locations. Server was friendly but pretty slow despite it not being very busy. I never got a coffee refill. Food was acceptable, but I've definitely had better at other locations. I probably wouldn't visit this location again. They did have a real fire in the fireplace which I quite enjoyed.
Great Location! Love that you can get breakfast or lunch anytime you want. This location was clean and the staff were very nice. Can’t leave out that the food was perfectly cooked and HOT! Definitely one of the better Cracker Barrel locations!
Love the vibe of this restaurant and store. Nostalgic loom at some of Texas memorabilia. Ambience is really cool. I ordered grilled chicken salad and steak fries appetizers. Should have gone further with the food options but Texas is known for big hearty food options. Have to pace myself while traveling here. The store has so much cold school items. I'm gonna come back on my last day here in buy something for my kids.
The hostess and waitress were awesome. Both had smiles from ear to ear and were happy to serve us. The food surely hit the spot on a cool and cloudy morning. We highly recommend this restaurant!
I went specially for the pork chops. They did not disappoint! Batter fried, seasoned, juicy, and tender! The favorable and pour over the crunch breading was delicious. My mashed potatoes weren't as good as they usually are. The carrots are one of my favorite sides, but they were a tad over cooked. I didn't care for the peach cobbler. The service was awesome. The staff were the best!
