the experience here was mediocre at best. our server was pleasant enough but it took quite a while for us to receive our food and when we did it was honestly inedible. the eggs were so overcooked they were brown. the french toast was somehow saturated in oil or butter to the point of it also being inedible. for how long it took us to receive our food (over 30 mins) it was so disappointing for it to be so bad. genuinely would never come back here again based on this experience. they did offer us other food but it’s hard to trust the food to be good when you’ve already been given bad food so we declined.
Good home style meals at great prices. Long wait time even though many tables were empty. Possible staff shortage? Food arrived lukewarm, almost cold. Could do without the country music.
Don’t know if Cracker Barrel did a complete overhaul or what BUT the food was SO good. It has always been decent but I could definitely tell there was a difference in the quality of the food. I ordered the catfish, loaded bake potato, & fried okra. All of my food was Delicious! The staff seemed different; still friendly and accommodating but new waitresses/waiters. Also, there was a gentleman (assumed he was the manager) walking around making sure everyone & everything was going well. I thought that was a nice gesture.
What I love about Cracker Barrel, you can never go wrong. At any location you get the same great food, service and the unique atmosphere of each location. What stood out at this location was the great service by Nichole Briggs she was friendly, engaging, and always checked during the breakfast. Couldn’t be more satisfied, try the new steak casserole, it’s phenomenal.
This place its awesome! Excellent food, the best pancakes and chicken, so flavorful and delicious. The service its great and great prices. The store also have a great variety of merchandise and clothing with good quality and prices. One of my favorite places to eat!
The food was very good, I had the fried turkey special. Becoming a points member, awarded me a free appetizer right away! Shopping after, in the gift store was the bomb! I was able to get 3 people Christmas gifts that are perfect!
Food taste & portions were amazing! Atmosphere is wonderful, very "down home" comfort as my guest lived in Texas before. Our soup & appetizer did not come out before our meal but the food came out pretty fast & app was free for scanning the QR code & joining their Rewards program.
Great Food, Staff and Atmosphere!!! Their Gift Shop Is Amazing!!! I'll Be Going Back To Christmas Shop, Also Great Prices. I didn't post a picture of their Main Menu.
