Cracker Barrel Old Country Store - American restaurant in Hamilton Township - 825 Marketplace Blvd, USA

I was very excited about this place and its a nice place but food wasn’t for me. There wasn’t a single option to get eggs with veggies like onion and peppers and when I asked for this customization, it was simply rejected. I believe a breakfast/brunch place should have atleast one option for eggs with veggies instead of all meat options. Pancakes were very average and I also didn’t like their hash browns. French fries and hot chocolate were good. Prices are good but food is not for me, otherwise service and atmosphere was good.

Love Cracker Barrel, we always stop in when we're in Lancaster PA visiting family but had to idea there was one in NJ. We were on our way home from Six Flag and saw the sign from the highway and had to go!!! Never disappoints! Service was amazing. Southern Fried Chicken was delicious! Chicken Fried Chicken was so good. Rainbow Trout is always a good choice.

Food was really good and their syrup was incredible. The store was also a lot of fun and I had a great time shopping there. A lot of Christmas knickknacks and generic antiques. Would definitely go back. The food took a very long time to come out but was worth the wait

Classic American comfort food. Great service. We ordered: grilled chicken fingers, chicken and dumplings, and meatloaf. The sides were fried pickles, fried breaded okra, and green beans.

Server was great. Had an unfortunate incident with medication I take and she helped get our stuff together .. was nice to see that some waitresses will go out of their way I really wish we got her name but nonetheless the food was great even tho I had to reheat it. This is definitely a "home like" restaurant and the waitresses are very friendly and helpful .

Great location. I was there on an off hour so it wasn’t crazy busy. The food is excellent and the half and half tea/lemonade is awesome!! The maple bacon chicken is also great! Their fried chicken is also the best!

It's been years since I've come to a Cracker Barrel and I was craving biscuits and gravy so we decided to drive to our nearest location (about 40min). We arrived at around 10am and there was about a 30min wait which was fine. We only ended up waiting about 15min. The store was nice to browse around during that time. Our server was very pleasant and attentive. The overall food was ok. Not quite the quality that I remembered it but the price was fair. We were also missing a bowl of gravy but didn't bother asking because one bowl is a decent size. Probably wouldn't drive that far again to come back.

This rating relates specifically to ordering food to go. I stay at a hotel across the street from this cracker barrel once a month and have ordered food here the last 3 times I've stayed. All 3 times the food was not ready at the time indicated as time of order. It was not off by 5-10 minutes either, all 3 times the food was ready 20+ minutes past the time quoted. Yesterday, my order was placed at 6:22, per the order confirmation email it was expected to be ready at 6:43, and the food was brought out from the kitchen at 7:07. That's a ton of time to prepare chicken fingers. The restaurant was 20% full, so it wasn't a product of the kitchen being busy. I opened the food 7 minutes after it was handed to me when I got back to my room, and the chicken fingers were room temperature at best. Not a great meal, or experience. If this was a one off situation, I would not leave a review, but this was the 3rd time in a row I've had a similar experience. It will be my last time ordering from this cracker barrel.
