Always consistent good food. I got the Old Timers breakfast which was 2 eggs any way you like, 3 strips of crunchy bacon, and a breakfast side - which I had the grits and of course some piping hot biscuits! Browsed the country store on the way out. They had lots of summer clothes in for ladies and infants/children. Cracker Barrel has added a lot more mainstream type dishes to their menu such as loaded steak fries, a few cocktails and beer, even hamburgers!

We stopped in for a quick bite to eat. There was no wait. The food was good. Service was quick but I was not offered a refill of my tea. The waitress brought the ticket before asking if we wanted anything else. So I didn't get the dessert I was planning to get.

This restaurant has drastically gone downhill. I went there a few months ago and they brought my hashbrown casserole out still frozen in the middle after an extra wait for them to finished that dish (per them). I never complained because people have bad days. However, I went there 2 weeks ago on a week day, and we decided to give it another try since they weren't busy. We waited at the podium until a line literally formed, and then the employee was rude to the people she seated in front of us. She seated us, and we waited 15 minutes with no acknowledgment and the couple sitting beside us was discussing the service as well. We thought they had already eaten and were waiting on their ticket, turns out they had been waiting 45 minutes and still didn't have their food. We watched SEVERAL servers all around us but not one asked if we had been acknowledged. After 35 minutes we walked out, as there were literally only 5 couples at various tables and half of them were still waiting because they had already drank their beverages. Not ONE person asked if we owed anything as we walked out (even though we didn't because nobody ever even took our drink orders). I don't know what the problem is - bad management, or perhaps a manager that doesn't show up for the job, but we won't darken their doorsteps again. EVER. That was enough for us.

I’m not a huge fan of the food at Cracker Barrel, but, when I travel and stay overnight in one of their lots I make sure to order something. This was hands down the best meal I’ve ever eaten at a Cracker Barrel. The gentleman that took my order (William P) was lovely and made sure everything was exactly how I wanted it. I ordered the cheesecake stuffed pancakes and they were delicious- light and flavorful, not sickly sweet and heavy. The kitchen staff did a nice job at preparing and plating my food for to-go. Out of all of the Cracker Barrel’s that I have eaten at across the US, this one is a 10/10. Thank you for the delicious food and friendly service!

Usually this Cracker Barrel is very good, but not when we last visited. We did not have to wait for a table of four, but waited a lot after that. Once the server took our drink orders it was over 20 minutes before she came to our table with our drinks.. She did, however, go to the table next to ours twice during that time, once to bring them their to-go drinks. When she brought biscuits to the table there were three biscuits, two butters and two jellies for four people. At least one of the four orders was wrong, and the eggs were incorrectly cooked. During this time we noted more than one employee walking around, straightening tables or even just leaning against a wall. It appeared there was no one in charge to see patrons were taken care of in a timely manner. All four in our party were disappointed with the service. I doubt we will be back soon.

Disappointing. Smoked maple bacon chicken served warm with colder fried okra and a burned bake potato. The server apologized and replaced the potato as soon as I pointed it out to him. Very friendly atmosphere. Kind lady at the register asked us not to give up on them. And yes, I solved the puzzle.

It never fails. Every time we order to-go, the food doesn’t get delivered to our car, it’s late, we end up having to go inside anyway, then the staff is rude & treat you as if you’re a bother. Ordered breakfast, had to wait nearly an hour for the food to be ready, had to keep checking with the hostess to see if it was ready bc no one was taking care of our order since we already paid online (including the tip I wish I could take back)! Food was cold, therefore did not taste good, failed to give us syrup or other necessary condiments, failed to give us time of day, but didn’t fail to take the money up front!

We ordered our food online and expected to pick up in 30 mins, and when we arrived to pick up our order, were told to wait another 30 mins. Finally when the food was ready, the host told us they were out of the sides we ordered. The total waiting time was over an hour. This is totally unacceptable! We will never go back to Cracker Barrel.

We had an amazing dinner here on NYE. We had three kids with us and they were unbelievably accommodating. Our server, Andrew, spoke to the chef and they made all three boys cheeseburgers which were delicious. Every food item served was phenomenal. We

Absolutely amazing. Had a fantastic mother's day and will definitely be back. All of the food was cooked to perfection. The hickory bourbon ribs are always my favorite with a baked potato and the best salad bar in the world. Thank you so much
