Cracker Barrel Old Country Store - American restaurant in Dunn - 1102 E Cumberland St, USA

The food was delicious 🤤 I ordered fried chicken, chicken and dumplings, meatloaf. My sides were green beans and mashed potatoes. I would say the organization skills need help. My husband waited 13 minutes for someone to take our order. I told to call the store and put my order in. However no one answered the phone. 😂🤣 So decided to give up and head to cookout. As my husband was leaving a employee ran out to take the order. So really the foods a 5 out of 5. However the staff needs to pay better attention. So 4 stars ⭐️

Always our favorite Cracker Barrel to order curbside from, or dine in! The Customer Service is continuously great and pickup is very quick and smooth. We’ve been sad however when we’ve arrived back home (25-30 minutes away) and the last two times we’ve ordered, we were missing the biscuits that came with our meals :( Maybe our fault for not checking before we leave, but we have always had every item when we have picked up our meals. Overall we will continue to come here because we love Cracker Barrel’s food and great service!

Enjoyed a nice breakfast. Most was good, but the coffee was water down and the French toast was burned. The waitress was pleasant, but had an attitude seeping through. The cost is a good price for a quick bit to eat and cheaper than going to any fast food industry. Might not return to this location 😕

The Cracker Barrel restaurant has always been one of my favorite restaurants, for their hospitality and delicious country cooking. However, I wish they had more consistency with their food & service. For example, if the biscuits & corn muffins are hard and dried out--don't serve them. They are normally fresh and delicious. If the chicken fried chicken (my favorite) is tough and over cooked--don't serve it. If I can't cut it with a knife, I can't eat it. And I don't understand why waiters/waitresses, will serve alcohol to younger couples without asking for I.D. yet they tell my husband and I, "I need to see some identification." I am 56. He is 64. Again. No consistency. And by the way. If they ask us for I.D. we won't order cocktails because it's insulting at our age, to have to prove we are over 21 years. I had to sweep corn kernels off my seat to sit down yesterday at the restaurant. Our table was dirty. And my son had to remove the lantern on our table, and set it over on another abandoned table. Why? Because it was disgusting. It looked like someone had sneezed, or spit all over it. And the bottom of it was smudged with greasy fingerprints. I was surprised how dusty & dirty the restaurant was, especially considering it's cold/flu season.

Dunn, North Carolina is our mid point stop for the last 4 years. Been happy to find Cracker Barrel nearby. The staff is always so friendly. Our waitress Sadyea (not sure of spelling) was very attentive, a very pleasant young lady

Cracker Barrel is a dependable chain of restaurants. We always know that we can get good good and kind service. Last night, our waitress was honest about the establishment being very short-staffed and apologetic when a busser forgot my husband's food. Otherwise, a normal CB experience.
