11•20•2023 Stopped here for a late lunch early supper, as usual wasn't disappointed. The young man that served us was amazing, didnt catch his name but he had a heavy southern accent, he was very busy, but that didn't make a difference in his service. Food as usual was fantastic. Even picked up Dollys newly released rock album while we were there

I have eaten at countless Cracker Barrel restaurants and this restaurant, by far, was the WORST restaurant I’ve ever visited. The hostess said to us that she had to make sure the table was clean and seated us (one of our companions were in a wheelchair) in a very tight location. This should have been my first clue that things were going to be problematic. Of course, we’d want a clean table. Why put someone in a wheelchair in a tight location? The waitress came to us and said she was slammed and we should have taken our cue from her and left the restaurant. We ordered drinks and fried pickles to start and she brought the drinks and later the fried pickles, but she forgot the utensils or napkins. We had to go to the hostess to get napkins. She then brought the hamburger steak and got the ordered mixed up and forgot the fried okra. We had to ask for utensils again and my fried shrimp meal was ice cold. It isn’t very appealing or appetising to send a meal back to be heated up - even my side dishes were cold. The other shrimp meal was cold, but my companion did not want to complain. The biscuits and cornbread were brought out late and we still did not have enough utensils to eat our meal. There was plenty enough food left over to package up and we did, but we were so put off that we will probably bin the food once we are home. The restaurant was understaffed and disorganised. It was 3 pm in the afternoon and you would think that would be a slow time, but the restaurant was very busy. We also saw another big group of people come in way after us and they were served before us - so I don’t know what to say about that matter. I also stopped to look around the gift shop and a vile pungent smell was wafting from the toilets - that about put me off my meal. We were generous with our tip despite the bad service but the waitress was nice and apologetic. The meal came to a little over $70 including tip for three people. They charged $3.49 for a diet soda - not that’s highway robbery! I definitely will never eat or return to this location. I highly recommend you reconsider your decision too!

Yesterday afternoon 12/29/23 we had the pleasure of dining at your restaurant for our family's last-minute holiday get-together. We were blessed to be served by one of the best servers we have ever had. Edna was on top of everything from the minute we sat down to when we stood up from our table. The maple bacon grilled chicken was a new item for me and I was beyond impressed. The root beer is a bit expensive but she did warn us of the charge per bottle. So we knew what we were going into. I would appreciate it if Edna was shown a little extra support. Their service, promptness, and overall hospitable attitude will bring me back... and soon. Thank you Cracker Barrel and thank you Edna for making us feel like family. Happy New Year ❤️

Nice Cracker Barrel serving the Frankenmuth area of MI. Very standard but what you expect out of a Cracker Barrel. Decent food. Most made fresh or from scratch. Good quality but no seasoning. ( Old folks) The steak I ordered did have a garlic butter on it which was good. The staff was shocked I didn't want steak sauce, goes to show the quality of the meat. But it was cooked perfectly so wasn't really necessary. Everything else was good. As stated, if you know Cracker Barrel you know what to expect. The standout was the staff. They were excellent. Our waiter was one of the best we've ever had. If you like Cracker Barrel you'll love this location. If you don't care for it, it's not going to change your mind. Recommended.

My sis and I went for breakfast and I was pleasantly surprised at how good my meal was. I ordered a fairly new menu item and they customized it as I had asked, according to my preferences, it came out hot, fresh and exactly how I asked. There was a while that we avoided this location as we were dissatisfied with items over and over again but they have really made some changes and I would definitely recommend this again based on my last 2 visits.

We have been coming to this CB from Fenton, because we felt it was the best one in the area. Have always enjoyed good food and good service until yesterday. Tables were so close together that it was difficult to be comfortable and keep from hitting the person behind us. Food was hit or miss and service was not what we had become accustomed to at this restaurant. Trying to talk my wife into giving them a second chance, but we may not be back.

Waited 20 minutes for server to come to the table, asked for biscuits before meal twice, they were brought with food, chicken was dry potatoes were cold, then took another 5 minutes to bring Ketchup and honey. Not impressed food quality was lower than usual.

Sat a long time before server arrived. Was very pleasant. We missed the fireplace, wondered why it would not be in use on a cold winters day. Food was very good.
