There was no wait for 2 around noon on a Saturday, that was nice. Our waitress was ok, she seemed to forget everything tho- a drink, side item, napkins. She was nice, just busy. The food was good, normal crack barrel flavors. The store is great, love shopping for items.
It was decent food nothing overly amazing. Our waitress was amazing and kind!!
When did Cracker Barrel stop making omelets?? And NO white toast!?
Food arrived cold, butter was blocks of ice, how do you spread that. Just really disappointed over all.
The new menu is totally confusing. I got a CB gift card for Christmas, but won’t be asking for another one next year: looks like BOB Evan's or IHOP is my new go to for Breakfast.
Celebrated hubby's Birthday. Our meals were great! Dustin awesome waiter!
This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Cracker Barrel. It’s been a while since I’ve eaten at the chain and was excited to be on a road trip that was near one. I called my food in and told it was only a .99 up charge to change the meat to chicken sausage, got there and it was an extra $2.49 up charge. Told the hostess up front about the charge he tried to tell me it was only 1.49 when it wasn’t, then I had the mngr come out to adjust the bill he tried to explain to me that it’s .99 per meat but that comes out to $3 not $2.49 so I know he wasn’t telling the truth. The mngr didn’t really seem to care about or to hear my complaint either. He didn’t even attempt to try to make it right. Then to top everything off the hostess walks to the front with food in his hand and a tea, proceeds to put the food on a brown shelf then talk to another associate about some movie called “THANKSGIVING” then he rings out 2 customers while I’m still standing there. Once he was done I walked over to the shelf to see if the food he put down was mines and it was, the young man never even told me that my food was ready just left it on the shelf to get cold and then lied to my face and tell me he didn’t know it was my food. NEVERRRRRRR AGAINNNN!
We ordered the ham "feast" to feed 8-10 for Christmas Day. We picked it up Christmas Eve morning with no issues. Christmas morning we expected to have to place the "spiral cut ham" and sides in the oven to warm and have our meal ready early afternoon. I, for one, was so ready for that ham with glaze included! Imagine our surprise when we unwrapped that very large ham (yes, we did notice it seemed rather large) Christmas morning to find it wasn't a spiral cut ham as advertised, but a whole bone in ham. I'm talking an 18 pound from the market ham with skin and all. I know nothing about cooking this type of ham. We made the best of it, but the majority of it wound up being cut up for soup and frozen. Fortunately, one of our sons brought a brisket. That ham was too salty to enjoy. Sides were great though. I realize we got more meat than we should have, but when you don't know what to do with it, a lot goes to waste. Very disappointed Beaumont TX Cracker Barrel.
Quickly seated, all the waitstaff we encountered were really nice. The food was SO good and the service was just as good. The restaurant was clean and the shop was fun and well-stocked. Overall it was a great breakfast.

My Tuesday just got A LOT better. The oxtail lunch was cooked sooo fresh. Oxtails were not too fatty like other places. Definitely recommend trying Big John's Grill. We will definitely be back. Great Service. Affordable and don't forget delicious ð
I LOVE IT! And here's why...Beaumont was in desperate need for a quality cafe, and The Black Bear Diner fills that void completely! Bring your appetite and expect to wait during peak breakfast hours, but when you are seated in this rustic mountain c

I took my 4 kids here after we did a bit of shopping. We all loved everything. It is a bit pricey, but it is so worth it. Their presentation is beautiful. The service was great. The waiter didn't even write anything down. (He used his notepad in

I go to Outback occasionally, and this location is doing a great job. Friendly staff and reliable quality with big portions. I tried the spicy meatloaf for the first time and had to get half to go after sharing an appetizer. They have some new items
