My French toast late was cold and tasted very bland no flavor when it was supposed to be hot. My order was fixed wrong, my eggs were not cooked the way requested, so I had to wait about 10 additional minutes to get my food made over, while the person I was with was almost finished eating which made my meal not enjoyable. I was disappointed with my meal. My server did a good job and understand lunch time orders can get mixed up
I had the eggs Benny, was really good but, it was warm when I got it. More of a problem with the warmers in kitchen not with service.
Great service and we had about 20 people for a birthday dinner. We had 2 servers and they were polite and courteous.
Service was excellent but had an emergency back at the hospital where we had to leave in a hurry. We hadn't ordered nothing but appetizers and when told about our sudden reason to leaving told us to go and they would take care of the bill. Such great people. I left money but had no idea the cost of the bill so to the kind people at the cracker barrel in East Ridge TN. Thank you all so much for your kindness. I promise to pass your kindness forward.
Our server was very sweet and efficient. She had an issue with another table and handled it well, never got upset and was very understanding. I had a bad experience at the Chattanooga location and won't go back. East ridge is the best.
I have order cracker barrel three time in the past two years. They have left something off every time. Tonight, it took a good while after the time they had given me before my order was ready. It's fine, it's a busy night. Then I get home to discover they have left off one on the side on my order. I paid extra for 3 sides but ended up with two. Also, the sides are warm but my fish is completely cold. They also did not give me all the biscuits that went with my order. We were two shy. I really love the food but I hate coming here because it is always a disappointment. I don't think we will be coming back after this. I don't want to spend my time frustrated that I didn't get what I paid for.
Had the best waitress EVER! It was a cold rainy day and she warmed my coffee cup before pouring the coffee. Her name is Tammy and she is at the East Ridge restaurant. Great food too!
Great comfort food, great service from our waiter.
