Delicious steak (tried the Cracker Barrel Sampler). Fried fish is good, the fish is a bit fishy though. Gravy is a bit too much, and fried steak is basically fried patties (less preferred). Lemonade is good. Staff is friendly, serve quick. Portion is great. Place ambient is nice, and the gift shop is a nice bonus. Recommended to try if in Flagstaff.

Oh by gosh by golly. I thoroughly enjoyed eating at this Cracker Barrel today. I was super tired as I had just spent the day at the Grand Canyon, but the service was fast and efficient. We got our food quick, and our server Kasandra did an amazing job. She kept on checking on us and making sure we were set. And oh boy! Were we. My pal got a Smokey grilled chicken and he says it’s “the best chicken I’ve ever had in my damn life” so that’s how you know it’s gosh darn good food. I love Cracker Barrel and I always have. It was nice to introduce this place to my special pal. Go team! Go Cracker Barrel.

This is our 3rd Cracker Barrel we have been too ... it's always the same. Amazing food, great service and fun souvenir shop. This time we had to wait a really long time for our food, so that's the only thing I'd complain about. But I don't think it usually happens, so I still gladly give 5 points. Recommended!

Good food, good service, and great prices overall. There's more than you might expect on the menu, and breakfast/brunch items available all day. Plenty of parking, and a fun mix of random stuff (in addition to the usual) in the gift shop. I'd be happy to stop in again.

I ordered one of the large salads…Fried Chicken dinner salad for $12.49. It came promptly and the chicken was hot. The salad was straight from the refrigerator where enough other salads had been stacked on top of it to flatten the cheese to a glob and the salad flat. Thank goodness the brown lettuce was the chopped up core of iceberg so, even though brown, it held up to the weight of the other plates. The cucumbers, all three had been frozen and were watery and slick as were the tomatoes. The egg was edible. But the croutons were from the bottom of the bag with dust all over the salad. What happened to the sourdough ones that were so delicious and signature? The lettuce core was brown and yellow and bitter and had to be cut up to eat. What has happened to quality control? Is this an isolated incident? Do the managers not work the food line occasionally to see the quality of food sent to their customers? I understand wages and food costs are up, but I would rather pay more and have something edible than eat on yesterday’s refrigerator cleanings for $12.50. What a disappointment from what I remember it used to be. I’ll not be wasting my money here again. I was a regular but no more.

I hate not giving 5 stars because the restaurant was amazing. Great food, awesome service. However, getting to the restaurant was hard. We have a small truck and a small travel trailer. They had the back parking lot, the RV parking area, closed for the holidays. It was snowing, we planned this stop ahead of time because we had heard cracker barrels are great for rv travelers to stop and get lunch. This was our first time with the RV, but there was no parking. We had to park at the Walmart that was 2 buildings away and walk our family through the snow. I asked the staff about the parking and they said it would be open Saturday but not today. I was like... but what about our RV and they said to use the hotel next door or Walmart for parking. I said ok, I was just disappointed. I took pictures.

My daughter found Cracker Barrell on the map while I was driving through Arizona. Super happy I stopped here for lunch. Food is great!! Service impeccable! One of my fries was super huge half the plate size! Love it

Joined friends for lunch after work. We were seated immediately on arrival and greeted promptly by our server. The atmosphere was friendly and lively. Our server paid close attention to our order and was patient with us when making our choices. Our food came out hot and delicious. Our service was excellent.
