First visit to a Cracker Barrel. Really enjoy the atmosphere and the gift shop. The service was excellent. Our food had a wonderful flavor but it was luke warm. We will give the chain another chance as we loved the variety of foods available.

Was told that it would be a 15-20 minute wait. It was over an hour. Was seated and waited to order. Made order and saw other tables order after us. Brought our our appetizer that was dry and cold of fried pickles. Saw two other tables seated after us served their orders. Asked manager why and ignored for another 10 minutes. Paid for our drinks and left.

Their menu says it - this is an Amerocan comfort food place. We had breakfast and it was okay/good with gravy on everything. LOTS of people there but the kitchen churned out food and the servers were great. Don't expect any healthy choices, only a meal that will fill you up and punish you later......

Didn't go here to eat but only because I was interested on getting a gift before catching my flight back home. The staff was AMAZING!! The item I was interested in didn't have any in stock but I was able to purchase the display and the lovely lady got the sku # to make that happen which was Great also, because it was a last minute buy and I would've missed the opportunity to get it of I waited for the shipment to come in, plus I did get 2 more gifts I wouldn't have noticed if it wasn't for the extra help. Thank you all very much!!

We’ve always had good service at Cracker Barrel in general. Not bad but not over the top outstanding. Just normal and we leave happy! But today we got a server named Amanda and it was exceptional service. I felt like I was at a 5 star restaurant! Truly went the extra mile. The coolest feeling because my bill was only $35. I usually have to spend $200 or more at a restaurant to receive service like that. So impressed and I will be asking for her anytime I go to this location!

Look, if the bathrooms are not clean…. One worries how clean the kitchen is. The hostess lacked the mostest. She was openly negative and talking poorly about the customers in front of other customers. Great Scott- it was rough. People with a new born baby, probably the first time these people have seen the sun for weeks is getting the third degree by the hostess. SMH. The service was lackluster and it took a long time to get our food. Drinks were not refilled… The sad burnt hamburger steak with a sad sized portion of okra and steak fries - was….. sad (Did we tell you it was sad?) Had we noticed the bathrooms before our meals arrived- we would have 1.21 gigawatts outta there. The bathroom- the urinals were out of service and the floor in the stall was covered in pee. Old pee, new pee, pee pee… yucky. It was nasty and I will never come back to this place.

I have gone to Cracker Barrel for 40 years. During that time I have eaten hundreds of cornbread muffins. These were the worst. The picture shows the grease circles from one muffin. The chicken and dumplings should be a dish that CB has perfected by now. It was so watery and flat that I had to send it back. The meatloaf is OK This was the worst meal I've had at a CB in a long time. I got some candy and a Halloween trinket, and I felt better, but the food was poor.
