Absolutely the best service in town. Friendly wait staff, good food, happy environment. Management works out any issues quickly. They have no problems adding additional condiments or honoring food restrictions. Excellent place to eat.

We were greeted and seated rather quickly which was great. (We arrived slightly after 4:30.) Looking over the menu we noticed new items and they now serve alcohol. Food arrived piping hot and our server was very friendly. The gift shop was packed with great things that you didn't realize you needed 😉

Really disappointed in this location, Cincinnati has better food quality. The food came out quickly. Hash brown casserole tasted like it was made the night before and warmed up until the hard top is brown and inedible, too much salt with crunchy potato shreds. Server didn’t come back after dropping off food until 25 minutes later. Pancakes and bacon looked perfect. Everything tasted old like it was made ready and sitting in the back. The fryer oil needs to be changed because my country fried chicken came out dark brown. The food quality for breakfast has gone down, I gave this place a second chance. To top it all off, there were only 2 cashiers and a whole line of people waiting for one check out line. I was a server/hostess and I’m not normally upset because I understand the work, but this whole experience makes me feel like management doesn’t exist or even care how it’s being run. Give better customer service, make the food properly and prepare it fresh, make hot chocolate and latte available for breakfast, and have a manager walk around asking people about their experience and if you can help get anything.
If you're thinking about ordering one of Cracker Barrel's Holiday Meals...stop thinking and Do It! My family and I ordered the Prime Rib meal and it was absolutely delicious. Your order comes in a sturdy carrying box and includes booklet with reheating instructions to help your meal turn out perfect. Lastly, the pick up process is well organized. The process included a pick time, plus there were signs to help you pull around the restaurant and members of the restaurant staff delivered your meal to your car
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had the most incredible dining experience at Cracker Barrel's Old Country Store! The highlight was undoubtedly the strawberry cheesecake pancakes – they were an absolute delight. I was thrilled to find that they offer plant-based sausage, and it was delicious. The scrambled egg and cheese were fantastic, and the hash brown casserole was so yummy. I can't forget to mention the delicious biscuits! What made the experience even better was the kind and attentive waitress who served us. Her exceptional service added to the overall positive experience. Cracker Barrel truly exceeded my expectations, and I can't wait to return for another amazing meal. Highly recommended!
We actually were getting ready to leave as it took a long time to have a server come to table. 19min. Just for drinks. Once the food ordered, took another 16 min. Most of food warm, but not hot!! Not sure exactly why food not hot. It was a busy time, but no excuse for server not to at least approach the table.
