Cracker Barrel Old Country Store - American restaurant in Sellersburg - 350 Triangle Dr, USA

I definitely need to give a shout-out to our waitress, Shelby! She was amazing tonight! Everything came out correct, hot, and FAST! She kept up with our drinks and she got the kids dinners out first so they did not have to wait long at all! Thank you Shelby! Also, I mean the picture of my Fried Chicken Salad is enough in itself! It was delicious and HUGE! I love that they have the iceberg salad mix back!!

My wife and I stopped into Cracker Barrel in Sellersburg, Indiana this evening, August 29, 2023. We arrive around 7:30-7:45pm. Other than us, there were only 4 other tables seated. The table we were seated at originally was disgusting! Dried food on the table, and on the condiments, as well as the floor under us. We quietly moved, and then our server came out. To make a long story short, our food arrived cold. The hash brown casserole was hard as well. The server got our order wrong, and then another server brought the wrong items. We had to ask three different times to get water, because we had ordered unsweet tea, and she gave us sweet tea! When we asked her about it, she lied, and told us that was unsweet! Needless to say, I'm very surprised to see a Cracker Barrel in this shape! Not sure if we will go back to this one, if we do, it will be a while! Good luck, and safe journeys!

The setting and atmosphere is always pleasant here. The food was amazing, my steak was cooked just the way I asked for it, and it all came out in a very timely manner after I ordered it. My server Jessica was very attentive and professional, she checked on me every time she passed my table and my drink was never empty. I also bought some Christmas gifts on the way out from the always amazing store! Would come here again and again!

Had food delivered. Food I got was delicious; however, I received the wrong side dish and was missing eleven biscuits and an order of cornbread muffins. Called the store and I was told to call delivery service. I thought CB handled their own deliveries. The service doesn't answer phone. VERY ANNOYED

Great service.. our service never missed a beat she never slowed down. Our party of seven came in her section seated at a huge round top and even though it was very busy all the food came out perfectly our drinks constantly refilled with a smile 😁 this person deserves a pat on the back from her management. They were under staffed and she was moving quickly from table to table helping other sections wow what team work. Never a complaint just a great attitude and rolling up her sleeves taking the bull by the tail and winning... I love winners and this was truly a great opportunity to see someone go above and beyond that enjoys her job. Melisa our service was great five stars to you

I got to sit by the fire, drink my coffee, and had a wonderful breakfast. The staff here is so nice! I come often and my grandsons love it when they are off from school.

The young man that served us was very nice and attentive. I was happy with my food, but my husband's dumplings was actually just one big blob of a doughy dumpling. He said his fish was under cooked. It should reheat well.

It was rather busy when we arrived around brunch time looking for a table for two, and we were still seated inside of twenty minutes. Slight marks off, as the fella that was taking names for the waiting list didn't bother to ensure he had the correct name. Once we were seated, the server came around quite quickly, and even helped me save money by reorganizing my order in a better way. The checkers board on the table provided ample entertainment while we waited for the food to arrive, which didn't take long at all considering how busy the establishment was. The food quality was incredible. The hashbrown casserole is probably the single best food item I've ever had the pleasure of eating at a chain restaurant. Overall, it was a solid 9.5/10 experience and I look forward to a return trip next time I'm in the area.
