Cracker Barrel Old Country Store - American restaurant in Findlay - 1031 Interstate Ct, USA

We never complain! However this was something over the top bad. Absolutely the worst dinner I can remember. We arrived and the restaurant wasn’t busy at all. 1.45 minutes later we left, our food was all cold, dinners were served incomplete, drinks weren’t unfilled, tried to get waitresses attention as she avoided every table. We asked another table for their ketchup and another waitress for butter and honey. Never received the biscuits or toast ordered. People walked out, others still waiting for their food. Forget the $5 take home meal, we would still be there waiting. Manager never came out after being requested. Cashier was even rude, making excuses and not validating any of our complaints. Several of the items wrong had to do with kitchen staff, shorthand but it was an equal split between kitchen, management & wait staff.

We had a delicious breakfast at the Findlay area Cracker Barrel. Heather our waitress was very kind and a delight to have as a server . The food was prepared to order and served with Heathers bright smile . You can’t ask for anything more. It’s a pleasure to dine there . Also , thanks to the cooks and all those behind the meals . Great job to the whole staff.

I popped in to purchase reusable shopping bags in your gift shop. The designs on the bags are beautiful. The handles are made of a grossgrain woven fiber so they hold up well. Your prices on them are reasonable, too. I buy them for friends and family. I figure out how many I need as gifts and then add one in for me. Usually, I end up giving them all away because someone else comes to mind. Everyone raves about how beautiful the bags are, which is why they are so irresistible to me.

We stopped at 2 cracker barrel restaurants. This one was in ohio and was very good! We had the chicken tenders, and a limited edition fried chicken dinner with avacado, fried onions and peppers on top. It was DELICIOUS 😋!!! I highly recommend this meal. The broccoli 🥦 was fresh and not soggy, corn bread was awesome. And the store was great as usual!

We always love coming to Craker barrel. The food I'd great no matter what time you go there. And the little store they have is too cute with some never seen before items. Always leave full and very pleased.

Food was good, typical Cracker Barrel fare. Service was good overall but it took quite a while to get our food even though it wasn't that busy. Would have been nice if they'd had the fireplace going since it was a bit chilly.

Great food, nice people, but swamped with customers for Sunday brunch and not enough staff. Would have given a higher rating except no room to park our RV in RV parking area because of all the thoughtless patrons who plugged every designated pull through RV slot with 2 cars. The parking sign was big enough but there should have been 2 signs with arrows indicating the parking area for RV's was between the 2 signs to make it more clear. We had to park in a lot behind or could have chanced parking on the road.

The food was tasty and there was no waiting for seating. I ordered the chicken tenders, Mac and cheese, broccoli and fried apples; all were good. I don’t like that they bring out the biscuits and/or cornbread with your food now. At least, the last three times I have been to a Cracker Barrel. They used to bring them out BEFORE your food, which makes more sense so you have something to eat while waiting for your main meal.
