1/22/24 - First time at this location & Went on a Monday. Location is tuck away but easy to find. Today was not busy at all. Great customer service and waiter were very helpful and friendly. I think her name was Stacey. Location was very clean 🧼! Food was very good 😊 and came out Hot. Food was correct and plated nice. I highly recommend this location.

Fantastic food and service! We love Cracker Barrel and the consistency with providing outstanding service and delicious food! **We travel a lot with our RV and Cracker Barrel always provides an easy place to park and food that reminds us of home.

Southern Comfort, but with hints of the 21st century. CB still holds all of its classic southern charm but their updated menu blends the classics with some more modern takes. They have everything from pancakes to eggs Benedict now with choices like Impossible sausage to sub for the traditional meats. They have even added Sunday brunch with mimosas! To top it all off they made mobile payments easy just scan the receipt and pay with Apple or Google pay! I would say tastefully modernized without being too in your face.

Missy was our waitress and she was beyond on top of it. She was very friendly and accommodating. Our food was correct, hot, fresh and delicious!!! Missy made sure our drinks were always filed and when the cornbread was ready we had fresh muffins. Next time I go back I’m asking for Missy!!!

My husband and I frequent Cracker Barrel in Crestview. The last 2 years we have seen a steady decline in the quality of the food and portion size. An example would be ordering macaroni and cheese as a side and you get about 2 teaspoons, more like a taste sample. Also, the menu no longer includes more than 2 different chicken dinner salads. There used to be a chef salad and summertime strawberry salad. We are salad eaters as main course. Lastly, the biscuits that Cracker Barrel is famous for are no where near as good as they were say 2 years ago. It's like they have changed their recipe, the biscuits are crunchy hard and oily, instead of well raised and fluffy. Just are not any where as good as they once were. Would also be nice to get a spoon with your silverware without having to ask for one. Many foods need a spoon to be eaten. Prices have gone up substantially too. We keep going back, hoping the store will get back to where it once was, especially the menu and the biscuits. Service is always top notch, one of the reasons we keep going back.

First time going to this location. The last few times we have been to a Cracker Barrel the food seem to be lacking flavor and it was cold. I was expecting the same today so I only ordered 2 pancakes and the loaded tator tot casserole, plus a coffee( which had been disappointing as well) but the food was actually pretty delicious. Coffee was on point, tasted freshly brewed. Waitress was attentive and friendly. Bathrooms were clean and didn't have a bad smell. We will definitely go back to this location.

Update on 2 new items... the Benny Biscuit and Chicken with French Toast. Yum. Just the right amount of spice. The hollandaise sauce goes very well with the sausage. The toast was light and really didn't need anything else...the syrup put it over the top for me. Yum. The Smores pancake breakfast and the brisket bowl! Say yes! Update with a birthday lunch. Still yummy country food.

We travel a lot and Cracker Barrel is usually a safe bet with good consistent food. Today for the first time I can say food was bad and awful service. Dried meatloaf, dried hard biscuits and corn bread. Service was terrible too. The only good thing was the fireplace
