Cracker Barrel Old Country Store - American restaurant in Murray - 650 N 12th St, USA

Great experience! Our server, Victoria, did an excellent job! The food, as always, was fresh, hot, and tasty. My mom loves Cracker Barrel because she has a very strict diet and she can always find something on the menu that she can enjoy. She loves the chicken and dumplins, but who doesn't? We knew it would be busy as we were visiting on a Sunday at lunchtime. I called ahead to get on the wait list. I appreciate the fact that this wait list is available! We were seated quickly, Victoria greeted us promptly, and we ordered as we knew what we wanted. Victoria checked on us and kept our drinks full... that's a big plus with us! She was so busy, but never acted like we were any bother! We have rarely had issues at any Cracker Barrel we visit. It's always a great choice when dining out!

Sometimes at CB the food is better than others. Yesterday it was really good. The Hashbrown casserole was tasty and exactly like i had ordered. My husband is still upset that CB changed their French toast recipe but he enjoyed his pancakes. Waitstaff very nice.

Other than a mix up and having cold, old chicken, everything else was great! They did get a fresh piece for take home. I love cracker barrel!

Went into Cracker Barrel with a party of 6 people. Took over an hour to get seated. Watched four different Groups come and got a table before my party. They didnt have food that you wanted to ordered. I wanted 3 piece fried catfish. They only had the two piece. And if you want an extra piece of fish it cost you 8 dollars. When there is only a dollar difference between the two and three piece meal. Food was over seasoned and over cooked. This was the worsted service I have seen in this food chain. I wouldn’t eat at this location again.

My wife,kids grandkids & I came fir Din,Din . The food was really good, but the service I mean by waitress of course wasn't, don't get me wrong she was very nice ,but she kept forgetting to get us stuff we asked for. Hey I know we have off days but Jeez Louise ,but besides that we had a few hiccups and it all worked out. ✌️😎❤️ Y'all

This was some of the best service and best food I've had at any Cracker Barrel I've eaten at! From the employees in the storefront, to the hostess, to our waiter, they were all so friendly. The food was cooked perfectly! I wish I could switch the Murray Cracker Barrel with the one in my town, lol!

Called in an order at 6pm. An hour later I was still waiting for the food. One hour and 10 minutes it comes out. No hashbrowns and no sweet potato. I asked about double maple syrup and the worker said yes its here. When I finally got home with the cold food, there was no syrup. The green beans must have been the bottom of the barrel, the pinto beans seemed days old. That's 60 dollars of cold food, an hour and a half wait. Very disappointed. I would have thought after that wait that manager would have given a few bucks off.

I got one of the holiday family meals. I very nearly got the wrong kind of ham. Had I not looked at it closely when they brought it to my car I would have been very unhappy when I got home. When I discovered it the person who delivered it was very prompt in taking it back in the store to correct the mistake someone had made. She then brought me the correct ham and made doubly sure I was satisfied it was what I wanted. She was very kind.
