Food was great as usual. Service was lacking with having to wait long to be greeted, othwr tablea had order taken before us and couldn't get refills is timely manor. Food was great and we got everything the way we ordered which was great. We always like eating at cracker barrel.

Today was an outstanding Cracker Barrel experience! We hit it at the right time, only 10 minutes of shopping before we were seated and the meals were all spectacular! Fried chicken and tenderloins were crisp on the outside and juicy inside. The cornbread and biscuits all you want them to be. Green beans were gone before I could get picture. Our waitress Hannah A was so sweet and offered a to go cup for my husbands peach tea- thank you for that! A superb experience all around! Exactly what the hype is all about.

It was Black Friday, so I will give them that. We used the online service to put our name on the waiting list to save time. That only works if the employee at the kiosk checks you in correctly. Our server was GREAT. Very personable. Very friendly. It was a long wait for the food to arrive. Why 3 stars? Because the lady in the gift shop pushing Christmas items "lied" to us. She told us that the decorative outdoor sign was the last one in stock. (Hard sell). We continued to shop, and around the other end of the store in a corner was a stack of those signs. Do better Cracker Barrel. Either educate/inform your employees of stock or get more ethical employees on your sales floor.

We had a wonderful Thanksgiving meal tonight! The turkey was so moist and everything tasted great! We went about 5pm, which ended up being perfect! Not crowded. Our waitress and kitchen help - Luke, we're so attentive! And thank you to whomever paid for our meal. This was our first holiday meal out, and it ends up being a great experience!

I really enjoy the seafood here. I wasn't given a chance to rate it. I would give 5 stars to their catfish and last night I had the lemon butter grilled trout and it was excellent, along with your green beans, which I love, and your coleslaw, which I also love. 5 🌟

The server was nice. I ordered a country fried steak and requested extra gravy. They were out of gravy but didn't tell me until my food came out. I didn't enjoy my dry steak. I was given gravy after I finished my food. They should have told me in advance so i could have ordered something else. My husband got chicken and dumplings and was unhappy with how watery it was, but we did not complain about it.

Would not seat us all together. Had 8. Gave us a table for 6. Back dining room was empty. We insisted on a bigger table. Finally sat us in the back dining area, that had 1 other group in there. Plenty of room there. Refused to have an Omelet made. Said no. Did not realize ahead of time omelets are not on the menu. Diabetic dietary needs. No carb food. Still forced me to take high sugar content apple side dish. Did not listen to what I ordered.

Fun, relaxing atmosphere with cute little shopping area with unique items. Some prices on clothing are on the more expensive side but not too ridiculous. Always check your to-go bag. They've forgotten cornbread and another time they forgot a take hone meal. We have noticed smaller portions with same prices. We'd like more soup options. And, please, no cold hard butter with pancakes. We need soft butter for our pancakes.
