Cracker Barrel Old Country Store - American restaurant in East Greenbush - 122 Troy Rd, USA

As always another great experience at Cracker Barrel. The food was great and what makes it so nice is that even though it is not an inexpensive meal, the total price for eating at Cracker Barrel has been consistently lower than other nearby restaurants. There was no wait for a table, the server was kind and helpful and the place was neat and tidy. The store section was neat and orderly and well staffed too. Please keep up the good work, continue to keep prices under control, and thanks for a great time! We will repeat as long as value and quality stay the same!

The food is pretty good, if they have it. They were out of so many things. We heard a server go through a list of things they were out of and it was around 10 or so items. Maybe a delivery issue? An order mix up? I'm not sure, but there was no explanation or apology for the inconvenience. The place was sticky also, which I found pretty gross. Not just the dining area either, it was the whole place, including the store area. I could easily give it 5 stars if these things were fixed, but not being able to eat what I want and things seeming dirty really irks me.

I need to say once again lunch was magnificent. I can’t complain. I only have one complaint. I had my mother with us and it was Friday afternoon. She’s disabled and walks with a cane and has lung cancer so can’t walk too far. We have a handicap sign. We looked in this huge parking lot and found 2 handicap parking spaces. Out of all this parking. This place gets a lot of elderly people and all they have are 2 handicap? I saw others parked with handicap signs in other spots too. Although they sure have 4 spots for pick up for healthy people who can walk right in. Hmmmm? SMH

Similar, on par with every CB restaurant. Predictable great quality and service. CB has always been a value place, but now more so than ever. The rest of the world has risen their prices to gouging levels. CB prices had modest increase. My one star review is for effect. I would like CB to up their game in regards to breakfast drinks. The only thing that is offered is orange or apple juice. Could they offer cranberry juice, tomato juice? I do not own a restaurant business, so I am sure this decision was made with cost in mind, and I appreciate that. But you never know unless you ask.

We've always loved coming to this location. The food is always good, and the service is even better. We recently ordered delivery when there was a larger group of us. They happened to forget most of our sides. They immediately reached out and offered to fix it. Their service remains impeccable and I'm happy to continue giving them our business. Would highly recommend, especially for breakfast!!

I don't actually eat here. I shop here though. I ordered on-line once and the food was terrible and skimpy. The gift area is always nice though. There is a Denny's next door so you can eat there and shop at Cracker Barrel, LOL.

Side dishes came out cold. My hasbrown casserole went back twice. It was hard and barely lukewarm. It also tasted horrible..not using the same recipe or ingredients I assume. I told this to the manager who stopped by and he said they were using different hashbrowns...well potatoes are potatoes. This recipe is nasty. I am thinking it is cheap cheese? On a good not my chicken was good and hot as was my husband's. Our server was good too.

Great rest stop along the way. Delicious and hearty food. We ordered a mix of breakfast and lunch items. The Sunday Homestyle chicken was delicious with a side of mac ‘n cheese, mashed potatoes and coleslaw, crunchy and juicy. Meatloaf and the roast beef were also liked. The breakfast foods like French toast, eggs and all the breakfast food didn’t disappoint. Only things I didn’t really like was the latte which was extremely sweet and milky and the butter biscuits which were bland. Overall good price for proper portions and filling food.
