Cracker Barrel is my go too for Holiday dinner and for my Birthday dinner. We had the Thanksgiving day feast this year and it did not disappoint. So much food I had plenty to take home

I usually don't enjoy Cracker Barrel. But my husband and I were invited to a breakfast for a group of veterans. The breakfast was the best I've ever had at a Cracker Barrel. The waiter was super sweet. He was also respectful towards the veterans. The restaurant was clean and it actually felt like a family friendly atmosphere. Highly recommended for a great country breakfast. Pork free alternatives are offered and are delicious.

Spent the night in my motorhome. Dinner was good and served hot. Breakfast was delayed and served warm. Too over an hour for breakfast table for 2 then during check out I asked for a military discount. Their reply " not at this location. No military in the local area" we are everywhere.

Went today for brunch. Food was cooked perfectly so kudos to the chef. It's normally very hard to get eggs fried correctly and these were just right. My daughter got Chicken and french toast, she said it was on point. My niece got the strawberry stuffed pancakes with cheesecake cream inside!!! Just yummylicious! Update 12/15/23 Went in today for lunch, there were a few things off today. From my experience this is very unusual for this location. The lady at the hostess station let us know she'd be right back, went to the back but took long enough for a line to form. Not really a huge deal, very nice woman. The order was not cooked properly. This was on 2 of the orders. I did send mine back because I know there can be an off day. I will tell you it was cooked perfectly. The hash browns still had a crunch but I do believe it was the onions overcooked just a tad as the manager pointed out. My eggs weren't cooked correctly the 1st time and my niece had an issue with hers. The manager was very kind, concerned and wanted to make it right. I didn't care about that because again, bad days happen but he comped those 2 meals as an apology. I wish I had gotten his name because his CS skills are impeccable. My family has been going to Cracker Barrel for years and we will continue to go.

Every year my company orders meat biscuits. I called on Monday 12/18 to order 140 biscuits for Friday. When I called Monday morning I asked the woman on the phone if my order could be separated into 4 different containers and labeled for the different departments so that I didn't have to take them out of the containers and separate them. She was so confused she didn't have any idea what I was asking for. Needless to say, I went in there on Wednesday 12/20 to pay for the order. Ms. Lisa was behind the counter and she was an absolute angel. However, they couldn't find my order to pay for it. They finally pay for it, I let her know about the separation of the order. I leave and think everything will be fine. I send one of our supervisors there at 7:00 am on Friday 12/22 and they couldn't find our order. I spent 30 minutes on my way to work on the phone waiting for someone to answer, I was passed around to 3 different people. Finally the "catering manager" answers and I tell her I am walking in the door and to please meet me up front. I get there and waited up front for at least 15 minutes before she came out. She miraculously finds my order and its not ready. She spoke to me in a very condescending tone and told me to give her 5-10 minutes and she would have the order ready. I knew she wasn't going to have 140 biscuits ready in 5-10 minutes. 40 minutes go by, and I asked to speak to the General Manager. He never comes out. I watched customer after customer come in for catering orders that were wrong, unorganized, or just weren't ready at all. I finally got my order at 9:00 am. They did state that they were going to refund my entire order. I am waiting for that charge to reflect on my credit card. However, that doesn't rectify the situation and we will no longer be doing this with cracker barrel anymore considering the absolute mess that this place was in. They are understaffed, the managers don't do any justice to this place, they are unorganized. They need serious help. Let me say this, if I could rate the woman at the registers by themselves they would get 10/5 stars. They are patient, kind, understanding. Absolute angels on earth. The rest of the staff that I dealt with, incompetent to say the least.

Let's start off by saying I'm a general manager at a restaurant in this area! Food was suppose to be ready at 6:05pm. I waited til 6:35pm because this location is always slow about getting you your food. My food was unbearable and unbelievable. Couldn't eat it. Ordered 2 sides of chicken sausage, didn't get them. Ordered Salisbury steak and gravy and got rubber and a spoon of gravy. I also ordered broccoli and rice casserole and got the crust no rice or broccoli. I also ordered peach cobbler and got 4 PCs of peaches and syrup. Maybe the dune in part is better. I know that everyone is struggling to find good help. At my restaurant if you show me an ounce of don't care. You want be there. People work hard for their money. I would rather run it along then to have people that don't care.

It has been a very long time since I have had pancakes. The pancakes I had were perfect, a little crisp on the edges but light and fluffy on the inside. We had an overall pleasant experience. The young lady that checked me out was fabulous. She was friendly and even signed me up for their perferred customer account. I had no idea they had a loyalty program. My account already has a free appetizer because of my purchase. I wish I would have gotten the customer service woman's name so I could have offered her KUDOS.

I've loved cracker barrel since I was a kid. As an adult now, it's literally one of my favorite places to find family gifts, unique snacks, and the soaps and candles are the best. This was my visit visit here as me and my fiance were on a weekend trip. Staff was amazing Shalan was my server and Edan was our greeter. Both of them were amazing, attentive, and helpful. I had the best meal. Thank you so much!
