Cracker Barrel Old Country Store - American restaurant in Conway - 525 Skyline Dr, USA

I had been out hiking all day and was concerned about what I would find to eat at 4PM that wouldn’t be lunch leftovers. I landed on Cracker Barrel because I know they make fresh food all day. It was delicious, great service, and great atmosphere. Only note is that the music in the restrooms is SO loud! It made being in there uncomfortable.

Employees were (as always) super friendly and helpful. Our server (Lucas) was top notch and very attentive. The food was fresh and hot and very tasty. Those biscuits.... 🤤

I order my food and asked to have pancakes once I let the server know. I do not like cold pancakes. Needless to say I was forced to take the pancakes during my meal of which the pancakes came to the table cold. My husband sent his back. And received hot pancakes. It wouldn't have been a problem bringing the pancakes out early if they were going to be hot. But they were so cold it didn't even melt the butter. My server was nice but that doesn’t change the fact they served us cold food. Food quality should always take priority over fast and get it out. If its served fast but I can't eat it. Only the business wins, you have my money and I didn't eat the food due to poor quality. The experience was not to the expected standard.I do not like to send food back to the kitchen for obvious reason. I did however eat the warm eggs and hot biscuits and bacon.

A Saturday morning family breakfast at Conway’s Cracker Barrel with a Fire! My young girls love the shopping and hands on, in your face set up - the kids area is so fun for them! The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and quick. You can always find something you want to eat! The kids pancake breaker is a favorite and they have SUGAR FREE syrup! Hard to beat a Cracker Barrel pancake! We enjoy the experience just as much as the food.

I’ve been here many of times but this time was probably the best experience I’ve had! Tony was our server and he was SO prepared and such a happy face to see!! Made sure our drinks were always full and made sure our food was perfect!

Best grilled cheese sandwich according to my daughter. My mom loves their Thursday turkey and dressing special. I have so many great memories of their store with vintage candies. Their holiday prepared dinners for the home are fantastic, always enjoyed the quality and quantity. Cracker Barrel's sweet potato casserole is the BEST I have ever tasted

Normally, I dislike Cracker Barrel because of huge crowds, slow service, and inferior fried foods. However, today was the best experience I've had. Perhaps it's the location and small crowd and good waitress. Anyways..the steak, shrimp, and chicken plate was tasty. The biscuits were excellent, too. This one is worth visiting on a Wednesday at lunchtime.

Food here was mediocre at best, the “sweet ham” was absolutely terrible and we could not even eat it. The server, while taking our order had absolutely no idea what she was talking about and I guess felt like she was required by policy to talk at the top of her voice at all times. Coffee… the coffee was ok, nothing you couldn’t get from your local truck stop or gas station. Cracker Barrel I expected better.
