AMAZING customer service! Wasn't feeling too hungry so I got a kids meal chicken strip plate. Came with 3 strips and a side (I ate a tender before the picture). Complimentary corn bread and biscuit. Spent $7. The waiter who tended to me was so kind and had such a welcoming attitude. I showed up about 30mins before closing and he still made sure to make my visit just as great as any other.

Food was hot and fresh. Waiter kept up with our drinks. Super attentive and kind, didn't rush us and always asked if we needed anything. Cashier was nice, smiled and asked how our meal was as we paid. They kept the tables around us clean. Manager was walking the floor, ensuring all guests were okay. Best experience at Cracker Barrel I've ever had. Keep up the good work because we will be back!

This Cracker Barrel was clean, had a lot of chairs outside for customers to wait in, and had an overall classic Cracker Barrel Atmosphere. I went during breakfast time on a Wednesday morning and got greeted with the wonderful staff inside. I was surprised that I was able to get seated in seconds. I tried Cracker Barrel's new Homestyle Chicken N' French Toast, which was $11.49, not bad, considering that it came with 6 French toasts and 1 fried chicken. I have to say, whoever the chef was made my chicken perfect with just the right amount of crunch and tender meat on the inside. The French toast is always amazing in Cracker Barrel. You can never go wrong ordering it. 😘👌🏼

The food was hardly warm when brought out. Our meals came with biscuits which came after our entrees and the biscuits, cornbread were hard. I had to get up to go ask for silverware after our appetizer came out. The server asked my boyfriend if he needed more water and took his cup after saying yes. Took 15 minutes to bring him water. Never got extra napkins. My order was missing an item and they brought it out cold. We were already annoyed/frustrated. Probably the worst Cracker Barrel I’ve been to. I would have understand had it be packed but there was hardly anyone dining in at the time. I never been disappointed in the food or service and yesterday we were. Our friend ordered a peach mimosa, after me telling him I’ve had them and they’re good. They usually bring the little bottle to the table and this time the server just brought the mimosa and it was very warm. My friend literally fished his own ice out his water cup just to drink it and not waste it. The cashier at the front when we checked out was very nice, she turned our experience around at the end with her great attitude and talking with us and asking how things were. She apologized on behalf of the server.

Ordered the new "Country Boy Breakfast" with steak tips and it was delicious! One of our favorite restaurants to dine in.

The food was amazing, however, the service was a little lacking. Our server may have been spread a little thin today, maybe that contributed to the lack of friendliness. Nonetheless, he was still quick and attentive. For me the whole vibe of the restaurant was just a little off. The food was still great and I highly recommend it.

All the food seemed to be old, dried out. Turkey was hard around the edges, hashbrowns casserole was hard and dry. Dressing had an odd flavor and was just not good at all. Mac and cheese was actually really good but they barely gave me a table spoon of it. Biscuits and corn bread muffins were fresh and good as well. Waitress never came back after dropping off food. We had to grab anyone walking by to ask for things, like a butter knife. Just wound up using the end of my spoon to spread butter on a biscuit. Very disappointing experience

First off the hostess Jacqueline was awesome and very accommodating. Our server was also very attentive as well. The breakfast here was amazing and if you get a chance I highly recommend the Strawberry Cheesecake Pancakes. They start you off with some pretty amazing buttermilk biscuits but don't fill up on those lol. The food came out rather quickly and fresh. The portions where more than enough even the French toast plate could be shared. Tried the cinnamon roll latte which was pretty good. They have a pretty cool country store with about anything and everything a country store should have. I will most certainly be eating here again and give this spot a 10. I definitely recommend giving them a try.
