We started tonight about 6:45 getting Supper at The Cracker Barrel in Seymour Indiana. The order was a replacement for an order messed up several weeks prior. My Wife ordered her usual Broccoli Cheddar Chicken and I got Chicken and Dumplings. We got home and sat down to eat. My food had 10x the amount of pepper it needed. My Wife was trying to cut into her Chicken and it wouldn't cut and it was uncooked !! Completely Raw Chicken !! Photos are attached. We live a Distance from Seymour and go there on our way home from appointments. We took the Raw Chicken to the Scottsburg Store and it didn't take long for them to get it out of the Lobby. They traded her Dinner for something different. They were out of the Broccoli Cheddar Chicken. I'm just glad that a Child or an elderly person didn't get this and just eat it. Hopefully others didn't get the same. Someting needs to do a Health Inspection at the Seymour Store on Sandy Creek Dr. This was a replacement for a prior Screwed up order that we got home and didn't get anything that we ordered, from a few weeks back. If you do choose to eat here, check your food and your order. At 9:05 p.m. we just finished Supper. Upper Management with Cracker Barrel made this good in mid January 2024.
I have stopped at this location on I-69 south at exit 50-B many times in my travels south from Michigan. It is an easy to get to and back from the highway with ample parking. The food is always delicious, the coffee is delicious and plentiful and the service is spot-on. It's a great place to stop while traveling as there is also a gas station and a couple hotels all together.
I live 1 1/2 hours away from my sister, So we met halfway at Crackle Barrel and Our server was attentive to our needs but didn’t hoover… just right!! Plenty of time to talk but kept our drinks filled and food was excellent which made for a pleasant relaxing time❤️
We went for dinner, food was good. Two out of three orders were wrong. Our male server never brought us silverware and didn't bring napkins when we asked. When asked if I wanted a refill, he specifically asked if it was strawberry tea or strawberry lemonade. I told him strawberry tea, and he brought lemonade. I never had a chance to try and ask about napkins because he never came back. He finally came and brought the check while I was in the bathroom washing my hands. I have eaten here many times and never was disappointed. I can understand and forgive a small mishap or mix up, but almost everything was wrong and then he wasn't around to ask for things or to correct anything. I also can understand if they were really busy, but they definitely were not.
I think this might be my last meal at cracker barrel for a long long time. Always stop on trips down south and back and stopped in Seymour. Was seated and the waitress didn't act like she knew what she was doing. Took my wife and mine order and we both got a breakfast. I always get over easy eggs, they came out hard. I asked the waitress for butter for my biscuits and my wife's pancakes. She proceeded to take the drink order from a group of ten, brought the drinks out I asked her again and she starts to take their orders. I got someone else to bring butter and she told my wife well I can't do everything. Terrible service
Quoted 25-30 min wait. After waiting 50 minutes with more than 60% of the dining room open, was told we should probably just "go ahead and leave" because they couldn't determine when we would be seated. The kitchen was too backed up with to-go orders. Horrible way to treat your guests that were already there. Take care of them before people calling in.
Our waitress was Alyssa Brown she was very polite. She seemed to enjoy her job she was very explanatory when we had questions. Was on top of refills and very attentive to each person's needs. She should be next up for a manager's position. She has good skillsa
After checking in with the hostess who told us 15 min we waited 30 minutes before I went to check to see if it was almost our turn and it was then she realized she lost our ticket and didn’t add our name to the wait list. We finally got seated and then it took our waitress a long time to even come greet us. The place was not full she had just a handful of tables. Two tables that got seated after us got their food before us. We never received our biscuits/cornbread or crackers for the salad. Only got drink refills twice. 2 managers just standing around not even helping if they were really “that busy” Or “understaffed.” Very disappointed and will not be returning to this location.

The food and service are always exceptional at the Pines. The buffet is kept well stocked and the servers are very friendly and helpful. The decor is consistent with an older establishment and has pictures on the walls from the local area's history.

Met a friend here for an early Saturday breakfast. We arrived around 8 and the place was already pretty busy. Service was a bit sporadic (maybe short staffed?) but was friendly, and once we ordered, we had food very quick. We both ordered biscuits a
We had a baby shower there so I don't really know about the bar itself, I have a relative who works there and she loves it. So I'm sure it's great, it's a bar! Lol
It was our first time and we were surprised at how large it was. The amount of eateries and vendors gave tons of options, people were overall friendly, and the layout made sense. Having our 1.5 yr old grandson with us, we were especially excited to
