Le service a été particulièrement efficace et accueillant. La jeune femme qui nous a servi faisait sa première journée au service aux tables et tout était parfait. La nourriture est bonne et les portions sont très généreuses. Je recommande ce restaurant avec plaisir. The service was particularly efficient and welcoming. Ordered biscuits and gravy curbside after surgery. Thats all I wanted. Came from surgery, picked it up curbside and got home and they didn't include the gravy. Called to inform them and spoke to a person who said they'd check. They put me back at the starting prompt and had to tell the story again. They proceed to tell me manager triple checked our order and there is nothing they can do about it except offer a discount next time. All I wanted is for is my biscuits and gravy after surgery, and they are telling me I'm lying and the gravy was put in the bag. Moral of the story is to check your bag before you leave otherwise your screwed. Since I can't drive post-op. I had to buy my order again through Uber eats. Management needs to get their head on straight.

It's always good to come to a cracker barrel. We have a great meal. This time was great. Food service. It is nice to see that people still know how to smile. Brenda, our server was fantastic. Keep up the wonderful work.

It was a bit confusing walking in. i thought i went into the wrong place. There were children's running around playing with the little shop 1 even pushed me didnt appolizged. I can say everyone who works here is very welcoming. My waiters were very sweet, very helpful. I ordered a few items on the menu. I enjoyed the freshly made biscuits. For the steak & egg casserole, I didn't like the steak it was overly cooked. French toast I only ate the fruits because the toast in general tasted as if I was eating straight flour dough was mushy and to be honest wasn't pleasent taste.. My son enjoyed his chicken w/Mac and cheese and also the potoes cheese bacon and fries. When it was time to pay, I was confused and was told to pay at the gift shop.

I ordered a catered breakfast for my team at work. Something went wrong and the order was not found in the system. I called the Rosenberg location and spoke with a manager. He stayed on the phone with me until a new order could be placed and he rushed the delivery to make sure breakfast wasn't being eaten at lunch time! It was delicious and my team was very grateful. I am grateful for the wonderful customer service this morning. They really helped me out. I will definitely be back to use their catering service in the future.

Nice sit down restaurant with an attached country store that has an extensive collection of items. The food was excellent quality. I had the turkey dinner. No cartilage or tough turkey pieces and the fried apples had a perfect amount of sugar. I also got the cinnamon bun iced latte. Looked pretty, although over priced for what it is (coffee with whipping cream and cinnamon syrup with glaze drizzle on top).

My husband and I love going to Cracker Barrel. We have been going for years to different locations, especially when we travel. We went to this Cracker Barrel right when it opened at 7 am, two weeks ago. We were one of four or five customers in the restaurant. The hostess was friendly, our waitress was very attentive and friendly as well. My coffee cup was never less than half full before she refilled it. The manager was loudly getting on to one of the staff right there by the big fireplace. Don't think that was appropriate, I think a redirection could have been handled away from customers in the restaurant. We ordered our breakfasts, nothing fancy. It took 25 minutes to come out. We thought maybe the kitchen staff was having some issues. My bacon and scrambled eggs with cheese melted on top were completely cold. (Not even lukewarm). The breakfast option I ordered also came with grits as a side. I was given a very large bowl full of grits. Our waitress also seemed surprised by the portion and went back to confirm it. At this point, more customers had come in and our waitress was running to help others as well. As I posted, we normally love going to Cracker Barrel for breakfast. But this time it was not up to par. In the past, when it opened for breakfast, there were many other customers waiting in line as well. This time, that was not the case and I'm wondering how long this has been going downhill at this location.

Mistakes were made. I'll start off by saying they weren't too busy. We arrived between 10:30-10:40 and were immediately seated with no wait. 1. We rarely saw our server. It took a while for every visit to our table (front initial getting to take drinks to giving us a bill). This dragged everything from getting refills to placing our order to getting our food to even getting the bill. In the end, our breakfast took about 90 minutes! I noticed 2 tables around us that both sat after us and left before us. 2. The first attempt of our food was incorrect. My wife ordered the Mama's French Toast for my oldest boy, Mama's French Toast for herself, Mama's pancakes for my youngest boy, and I decided not to get any food. When the food finally came out, we received 3 orders of the pancakes. In addition, they didn't give any syrup. When mentioned, the server argued, saying we never responded when she "read it back to us." I listed what we ordered to prove I knew that was a lie. After I told her I wasn't getting any food (only drinking the wildberry tea), she gave a slight pause before acknowledging, then walked away. After waiting and waiting for her to come back to the dining area without prevail, I had to go to the kitchen myself to ask for some syrup so my youngest boy could at least eat his breakfast. Both were sat with new parties. 3. Corrected food took a long time to come out. (My youngest, who is a very slow eater, was over halfway done with his meal) I'm assuming it was a manager who brought out the 2 French Toast meals based on his dress attire. As a side observation: the French toast was cut in half. It's never been precut before, so it the us off. 4. Never received a single acknowledgment for the incorrect food or the slow service; no credit on the bill, not even a simple apology. All in all, it was a pretty bad experience. The only reason I'm giving the 2nd star is because the family enjoyed their food and the wildberry tea was tasty.
